Staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and beautiful! Love the charm and design choices. My son enjoyed the decor in the lobbg

On the downside, the rooftop bar is only open Thurs-Sat. It was not clear when the downstairs restaurant/bar was open. It was closed on a Monday when we were there. As women travelers, we did not feel safe walking to a restaurant in the area at night (but Uber/Lyfts were ample!). At any rate, it's an Argentinian steakhouse so the options were not very broad unless you like a lot of grilled meat. There was a general lack of attention to detail in the room-- the room phone would not connect to the front desk, a light was out, an outlet did not work, and the wifi password was not shared in the room. If you're used to really nice hotels, you might feel some rub, but if you aren't bothered by the little things, you'll enjoy your time here.

This property lies on how much they charge for parking, the rooms do not look like in the pictures at all, staff from valet parking is beyond rude, not even water in the rooms, the terrace was closed our entire stay so don’t believe that you’ll be able to sit there, rooms smell moldy and dusty, breakfast was not received even thought they said that it was included, overall very bad

Staff was very friendly, rooms and hotel felt very clean. They were super nice with our doggie and made us feel right at home. Would stay here again

Nice vibe, clean & comfy room, great shower/bathroom, just don’t count on the breakfast to have anything other than a cool view from the roof.

Staff and location, clean rooms, rooftop view. Ate 1 of the best burgers I've ever tasted. Outdated rooms, no: microwave, irons, coffee maker,. Internet issues, plumbing issues, TV issues. Was informed of a credit to be issued to me for the room changes, 2 weeks later, still no refund, or room deposit return.

Rate included breakfast The hotel did include the equivalent of a resort fee that felt unnecessary as we didn't use any of the ammenitites.

Moreover, a woman staying opposite me in the hotel was arrested at 10AM. Imagine opening your door to 5 cops in front of you, and a woman screaming opposite you. It was so stressful! The hotel alleged that this woman did not pay, she said she did. Now I don’t know if she didn’t pay them - or if they just scammed her like they were trying their best to scam me. So please, beware this hotel, unless you want fraudulent charges on your card, or to be arrested by the LAPD.

Very Clear and Comfortable Room Helpful Receptionists Close to Public Transportation and city facilities During our five-day stay, the breakfast served every single morning was exactly the same, very poor, and definitely not worth the money. On our last day, despite it being early in the morning, basic items like cheese were missing, and when we asked, we were told they were out of stock. Another issue was that although the hotel has a beautiful rooftop terrace restaurant, there was almost no service or staff available there in the evenings. We were only able to use this space for breakfast.

Excellent stay! Check in staff was very friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast was a nice added bonus! It could use a few more options, but what was offered was still good.

The roof top view was nice especially at sunset! and the workers were super friendly ! The walls are pretty thin let’s just say that

Great staff

Love love loved out stay! You never know what you get in LA but this was a great find at a great value. Staff was great, breakfast was decent, and location was perfect! Would definitely stay again! ☺️

TV didn't work, it kept scrambling the picture and sound...bad wifi and cramped room, there's more but I'm not going to waste my time or yours. I don't recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean and had great decor/views Busy street with few mentally ill people roaming or loitering the exterior. Staff weren’t as knowledgeable on check in and check out policies
