There was a kiosk with a live attendant for check-in. It didnt work in the first place and it couldn't find our booking. Then we couldn't understand what the live attendant was saying because it was SO echo-y in the lobby and the audio quality was terrible. Eventually the front desk called us over so we could check in with a real person instead of a machine, and he found our booking with no problems. The entire place also smelled like smoke, including our room.

It was good Most of the Staff were not very friendly at all Drug dealers hanging around or front of hotel the entire time I stayed there!

location, very close to the walk of fame. very easy check in and checkout. the room was clean. they don't offer bathroom products such as hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Annoying noises at any time of the night, also the air conditioning is very noisy

The room was clean, it was a little noisy,and around the outside of hotel were quiet a few homeless and really dirty but great location to everything and staff was helpful and polite

If you need an inexpensive place to sleep after a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, it'll do. Close to the shuttle, and the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean and beds are clean and comfortable. THAT'S IT. Pretty run down. Our window was open and being on the ground floor in a Sketchy neighborhood... slightly unnerving. Loud, guests and staff. Bring a sound machine. It's a place to sleep...thats about it.

We did have bug in our room. Also the towels were very crusted and hard. The front office staff was rude when I was struggling with the auto check in machine. Location is super convenient.

Someone had 2 dogs in the lobby that was barking at customers staying in the hotel. Someone was screaming loudly in the hallway at 6 am. Roaches were in the room. We had to shake out everything to make sure none was in our luggage.
