It was so quiet, which was great considering I was just a out of towner taking in the sights and enjoying a concert. The bed was great, the shower was great too, especially after said concert! The water machine in the lobby, what a great addition, please add an ice machine next to it! Also, as a solo female traveler, I felt SAFE. Nothing, it was genuinely a great stay.

Rooms were big and immaculate, had a fridge also which is always a bonus. Show was lovely and huge, had card access 24/7. Really good location just off of Hollywood Boulevard and local to a lot of places and bus routes

Great locations! Can't complain; everything that I need is just around the corner! No lift! Plus, you can hear the other person in the next room talking!

I arrived at the hotel only to find it closed with a sign on the door. Unfortunately I had flown in from New Mexico and had left my phone in the Albuquerque Airport. I had no way to contact Anyone. Fortunately I was able to get accommodations through a friend who booked me a reservation and also had my phone shipped via Fed Ex next day delivery to their home and was brought to me that day. I am hoping to get a refund for this room

The Andreas was so kind and helpful. He made are stay comfortable as he could. We could walk into his office at sny time and ask for directions, stuff we needed. He always beyong his comfort zome. We regret very much that we couldn’t thank him personally for all what he did . It could have sn Open clean place to make a cuppa, warm up meals and a stove with pans/ spoons.
