Wonderful staff .. SURVIVE THANKS TO FABULOUS FUNNY FAIR FRIENDLY.. MY FAVORITE A*******. not revealing his full name so he isn't overwhelmed in the future!!!! He's very special.. Nice guy. WE know who it is. No ice, no vending machines. Zero!!

The staff were helpful with the lack of parking situation. The room was recently remodeled and clean. What was said about an access key to $25 parking was not true. We wound up having to find a lot and paying $40. And it seems for 2 star places you don't get a coffee pot! Even though they are really expensive.

Special thanks to Sir Louis, he is so helpful to allow me use a room for shower even after I check out. Overall the house roo arr clean and cosy. Location is within walking district from TCL and hollywood boulevars. If I come back will stay there again. The room is not provided water heater and spoon/ cup for hot drinks.

Great location near metro and bus station that could get you to most of tourist spots. Calm and quiet neighborhood is a bonus. No common for the guests such as kitchen/dinning to at least prepare and heat foods/coffee.

The venue was clean and felt safe. The staff were helpful and friendly. Loads of things to do in the area. A good grocery store over the road. Train station down the street as well. The area was a little sketchy at night, wouldn’t recommend walking around after dark. With the floors being wood you could hear the people in the room above walking around, so didn’t get much sleep.

There were bugs in my room, I had to leave right away and check into a new hotel. There were bugs in the room, the service desk was closed so I have to go and check into a different hotel
