La Mirage Inn - Hollywood

I was disappointed because many hotels offer complimentary luggage storage after checkout. Since we had already stayed at the hotel, I think this would have been a nice courtesy for guests. I hope they will consider offering free luggage storage in the future.

The beds are actually full-size, which made it impossible for two people to sleep comfortably. The good part is the location you can see the Hollywood sign as soon as you step outside, and it’s close to everything. The hotel is clean, but overall, it’s not worth the price in its current condition.

The manager was accommodating and showed us several different rooms so we could find one that was cleaner and quieter. We appreciated the effort to help us find a better option Overall, the property felt quite dirty and was very different from what we expected based on the photos. The furniture was extremely worn and used, which made the room feel uncomfortable and run-down The location is also quite loud since the property is right next to the highway. The first room we were shown was facing the highway. Another room faced the opposite direction, but it was right next to the front desk, with people constantly going in and out, and we could hear everything. The third room was somewhat better in terms of cleanliness and noise, but it still wasn't what we expected based on the photos and other reviews Overall, the experience did not match the appearance presented online, and the property seems to need some updating and better attention to cleanliness

Holding our bags , pre and post checkout was very helpful. The fee was also decent.

Absolutely basic. If all you are looking for is a clean bed to sleep in, this hotel is fine. If you looking for absolutely anything more like moisturizer or a shower cap, bring your own or pay a little more and stay elsewhere

Location reasonable car park charges and free hot drinks and lemonade. Hotel was clean I had to leave a deposit and seemed to take ages to come back on card and when asked hotel staff got a tad annoyed but all got back ok and would stay again.

Good location

Parking was $11.. For being off the 101 & Franklin it was very quiet. The room was clean, although the bathroom sink didn't drain very well... The shower had a nice showerhead. Shower-gel, shampoo & hand soap were in wall dispensers. The towels were rough but clean, the toilet-tissue was soft. There was a telephone, but no clock, no refrigerator, no microwave: so it was a good thing I brought icepacks for my food. The only way to order food was some sort of QR code, which was of absolutely no use to me. The bed was so very comfortable and when you got out of it or walked toward it, a light underneath it lit up, so that you could see at n ight. The ac worked well, I didn't use the t.v. Although there were lamps, it was still a bit dark & I had to move both the chair & bedside light in order to be able to read. I wanted to ask the staff about the bed & report the sink, but there was no one around to do so. There was an ice machine on the floor (which creaked as i walked across it), coffee & tea downstairs... No bottled water.... Oh well.
