View from my room even though room was not provided as quiet room The most important my car was scratched at valet parking, reported right away, written report all detected right away and answer was that no evidence it was scratched at the parking. I have to say, car was driven from dealership. I even told parking attendant to take care of it. I have photos to share it with friends right before parking at the hotel. So sad that administration is dishonest I cannot believe I paid for my stay and now will be paying for my damages on a new car... . I am calling hotel supervisors, people hang up on me, I am calling a valet supervisor. Carlos was he one who made a written report. My car was bought out of dealership less than 1 week ago.... Valet supervisor contacted me, but claim went nowhere with obvious proof of flawless car.... No information or overview was given when I checked in, honestly maybe not rude staff, but not friendly. I couldn't connect to my meeting on this WiFi. Overall, a lot of choices around. Do not stay here

We had a great stay! Our room had an amazing view of the Hollywood sign and the location couldn’t have been better. Our room was cleaned daily and the toiletries and coffee machine were an added bonus. The pool area was a lovely place to relax with free towels. We ate in the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed our meal and service provided. We would highly recommend this hotel ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the service felt genuine and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and we appreciated how smoothly everything went from check-in to checkout. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily come back again.

The location is great, in the center of hollywood And there is a parking lot close. The rooms needs an update + All my requests was unfulfilled: Both rooms on the same floor, Receipt/invoice with my company's name, Late check-out (13:00).
