I really like this hotel the staff is super nice. Speacialy the ladys in the breakfast room. I hightly recomend this hotel if planing to go to universal studios or the walk of make.

Everything was pretty good except for the humidity in the room. It made it difficult to get comfortable & sleep. This is the main reason for a hotel, to get a pleasants nights sleep. Otherwise, everything else was great. I do think $40-45 valet parking is overpriced. I think $20 would've bern fair because you also tip the valet.

The location was close and within walking distance to shopping and eating and catching one of the open air tour bus business. It was clean and breakfast had a good deal of options and was good. Pool was nice as well. Parking wqs expensive.
