However, pillows were practically empty, the bathtub drain didn’t work which led to us using a separate room to shower, and manager lady wouldn’t let my roommate back in the room when his flight was cancelled.

It was fine for a one night stay but definitely don’t recommend for longer.

If you get a room facing the street, be prepared for a lot of noise. I was woken up numerous times throughout the night by traffic and other street noise, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The main reason I only gave the hotel 3 stars was because of the TGI Fridays restaurant located inside the hotel. The restaurant was dirty, appeared to be severely understaffed with only one waitress working, and the food was disappointing. That said, the waitress herself was friendly, attentive, and clearly doing everything she could under difficult circumstances. My criticism is directed at the restaurant’s management and overall operation, not at her. She was obviously overworked and deserved much better support.

Location was great staff super nice and helpful Parking is expensive bed isn't very comfortable and blankets are very thin there is nothing like getting to a cozy room after a long drive and having that nice clean hotel style bed with fluffy blanket and pillows nope not here

Rooms where clean, comfortable. Didn't have the best experience with the waitress down in the restaurant, made us not want to eat there for the remaining time of our stay.

For a Hilton Hotel, I certainly expected better experience and hygiene

Shower door did not close all the way I was charged 16:95 per person per night for breakfast yet I had to pay for breakfast at Friday’s. So no breakfast included I need a refund

The staff was amazing and the property was absolutely immaculate and even though the parking was crazy because of the Rod Stewart concert at the Hollywood bowl, which is just a quick 10 minute walk , they managed to park my car without a scratch and took good care of it! By the time I checked out in the morning, my car was already upfront with the trunk open. My door is open for easy access and it was amazing!!!!

Staff were all helpful and courteous when i stayed there and no complaints. the chef in the kitchen needs cooking lessons as his interpretation of a cooked burger and a raw burger is totally different.

Pleasant stay. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Room needed a little TLC. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will most likely stay here again.

Basic,clean,comfortable. Smoke detector chirped us awake. Maintenance quick to change battery.

Location is perfect! Room was clean and staff was friendly. Close to Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Boulevard.
