Clean room, friendly helpful staff and valet parking was convenient.

The location just a 10’ walk from the Hollywood walk of Fame. If you sleep on the pool side you will be fine, the street side is very busy. We stayed four nights, after the third night our room was not cleaned.

The room smelled like mildew

Room was clean, didn’t have much interaction with the staff due to a late arrival, however $50 for parking was too much, and the there is a lot of traffic on the street the hotel is on, but that is expected for Los Angeles

Old property that needs updating. Parking expensive. TGI Fridays (part of the hotel) had only one guy working. After 20 minutes I left and went to a different restaurant.

Superb

Room was clean and spacious, but overlooking Highland Avenue means really loud noise at all hours and throughout the night. Earplugs and white noise didn’t block it out. The toiletries are a nice brand and plentiful. Location is convenient to the Hollywood Bowl, a small market, a Thai restaurant and a Japanese restaurant.

The hotel only provides bottled water on the first night and refuses to provide additional bottles for guests staying multiple nights. I find this ridiculous. How expensive can one bottle of water be, and how much of a burden would it really be for a hotel to provide one bottle per day for its guests? The staff were not helpful at all. I even ordered a bottle of water at the front desk and agreed to have it charged to my room. They promised to send it to our room, but they completely forgot about it. The soundproofing is also terrible. The walls are so thin that the sound of the door from the room next to us was so loud that it genuinely sounded like someone was opening the door to our own room. It was very disturbing, especially at night.

Unknows charges to my creditcard, and when i contacted them they havent replied.

The whole experience was amazing

it was within walking distance of the hollywood bowl. easy to get home after the concert, given the enormous traffic jam by people trying to get ubers.
