-
Very friendly staff.
-
Rooms were not what we expect from Best Western, obviously water damage at some point wall paper sagged. Throughout room 1ft from floor. Looked like no care in years. No conditioner in bottle, No breakfast served
-
Had to wait an hour and a half past check in time because room wasn’t available. Didn’t make our dinner reservations because of the delay. The room had random hairs all over the bathroom. They comped our parking as if that was going to help. Will never stay here again.
-
Location. Not too far from the walk of fame Had to move rooms when arrived as the air felt very hard and stuffy and it wasnt comfortable. Area seemed very run down and doesnt seem as good as the pictures presented it to be. Pool seemed neglected and just overall not a great experience.
-
It was close to the Hollywood bowl Only one elevator was working
-
Bed was very stiff and not the best pillows. Parking would be very difficult for a larger car or truck. One elevator not working, so only the one in the back.

Exceptional

The location was so convenient & central to all the places we had planned to visit on our stay! The only issue I had was parking. The parking area is limited and certain stalls were quite tight. Still a good stay!
