Location! Had tickets to Hollywood Bowl - this is closest hotel - 10 min easy walk! Requested maid service - never happened - had to get fresh towels ourselves from maids.

I stayed 5 days the elevator did not work.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and the room was clean. However aside from that, there wasn’t much to be happy about. There was no WiFi, the TV didn’t work, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were barely pillows, the walls are so thin that I could hear our neighbors taking a shower and turning their bathroom fan on, parking is an additional $28 you have to pay for one night, the parking spaces were so cramped that I had to have two people help me with what can only be described as a 25-point turn into the last parking spot to fit a vehicle. I would not recommend this place at all.

Nice room, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Too noisy, constant road noise. People having domestic fight outside. Intoxicated people in next room up screaming and crashing around the room from 1am until 7am! Ended up checking out early.

Our stay was very good and the location was excellent. We attended a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was a walking distance.

The pillows were terrible. Three of us stayed there last night, and none of us could sleep comfortably. We all woke up with significant neck pain from the pillows, and the pain still hasn’t gone away after several hours. The hotel really needs to replace them with better-quality, more supportive pillows.
