Quality Inn Near Hollywood Walk of Fame

The hotel is in a great location and with off-street parking, as an added bonus. With improvements to the attitude of some staff, the hotel and its guests would benefit greatly. I only make this statement due to an unfortunate & inexcusable error by a staff member. However, the manager provided some much needed assurance and support during our stay. As a regular visitor to the United States I would happily stay here again under better circumstances. I hope to see you again. Thank you.

The room was okay at best. Hair in shower/tub, strong odor in room. Very nice refrigerator and microwave, loud but useful air conditioner. If you are selecting the property for the amenities (as we did) I’d advise you pay the additional fees for a better property. The breakfast has no protein, it was described as a “cold breakfast” however, the waffles were good. The parking garage is better suited for motorcycles, it’s very small and I found it difficult to park a compact car. The staff I encountered were not rude but also not friendly and welcoming. Overall for 1 night it was okay.

Room was clean and staff was really helpful. The free parking was the best amenity I would say considering all the properties around the area charges for parking.

This place is fine. Concerning that this Quality Inn has extensive security bars everywhere and the area outside seemed very sketchy area. We selected this hotel for its brand name and location to Hollywood Blvd. However we didn’t feel comfortable walking around early evening so we canceled that part of our visit. Breakfast was okay but very limited. Quality Inn usually has hot items like breakfast sandwiches and breads, toast muffins etc. The room and building is quite old and in need of refurbishing, very noisy at night. The photos are a little deceiving. On the plus side parking was free however the access odd, side of building, large steel gate and a very steep ramp. I gave this a 2/3 rating but reality is it’s probably lower. As a frequent visitor to LA, I wouldn’t book again.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, secure onsite parking

The room had water on the floor when we checked in. The couch was too grimy to sit on. The balcony screen was torn and the inside curtain over the balcony was broken and hanging loose. My wife was convinced the room had been previously broken into, and was so freaked out, and I was so disgusted with the way the room smelled under the heavy deodorant spray, that we just left without spending a second night for which we had already paid $350. Terrible experience. Do not stay there.

Proximity to sites. The breakfast could have more choices.

The biggest issue I had was the parking. the garage looks skeptical and every time somebody tried to go in it wasn’t working. they have this weird parking that has seven spaces and if cars are parked a certain way, you can’t get out. the staff is not very friendly. They kind of seem rude and irritated. They don’t have any hot breakfast like eggs or bacon or sausage. the bathroom had a very weird smell and when we turned on the AC the room smelled funny, I definitely would not rent here again.

The location and cleanliness. The breakfast is average but the palace is clean and well maintained. Not just the room, outside as well as the breakfast room as well. Friendly staff. It was a quick check in and check out at the counter. Water dispenser was available at the front as well. Not enough options at the backfist. I was looking for simple bagels with jam and butter or spread. Anyway manage to cover with the waffles. We had juice and fresh orange as well. Having Bagels or Bread will make a difference.

No daily room cleaning. Need to request it.

Could it be a bit more clean, and could you add some eggs and potatoes to your breakfast.

The room was ok it had everything we needed. No body wash. The place feels unsafe and at 2:30 AM a women started screaming and there was a fight. My whole family was scared to death. Location is ok. Free parking. Included breakfast.

Well the room was clean, the property is clean,decent pool however the TV had no reception so it was off the whole time, the cleaning lady tapped loudly on my door an hour and fifteen minutes before my check out which i thought was quite disrespectful, the free breakfast was only orange juice and coffee on the house,i came up missing a personal item when I got home so a return visit here will be unlikely.

The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, from the front desk to the cleaners. The underground parking can be a bit tight, but not unmanageable. The air conditioner in our room worked so well and the pool was also a welcome respite this weekend in the muggy heat.

I specifically asked if the hotel had cockroaches because I had already seen them outside the building before checking in. I was assured there weren’t any, only to find cockroaches inside our room. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.
