Hotel H-Wood

the room has bad smell. no shampoo, conditioner and we had to request for towels, and pillows, the refrigerator does not work and smells bad and the tv is too small screen.

Clean room more towels and 5 guest only 2 towels dirty please more clean

No parking lot we look for parking on the back of the H-Wood 1 hr and 30 minutes and we couldn’t find the parking spot and the room is no smoking but the guest in the other her room is smoking right outside the room and my 2 kids is asthmatic so that why we decided to check out even we driving until 11:08 pm at home it’s was terrible. I won’t stay there ever I hope you’ll give me a refund

Poor in alllllllllllllll

The room was not swept clean. You will see hair strands, candy wrappers on the edge of the bedside table. The floorings are really untidy. The toilet paper is 1/4 of the regular rolls. They can’t provide towels right away. No wash cloths at all. No ice vending machine. A fridge that was not switched on. A TV without a remote. A cloudy and rusty swimming pool floor. Very dissatisfied;( I cancelled next stay for Christmas. Never recommend this place.. Such a mess;(

please take this hotel off your registry, the parking lot was small as it was , then they charged 17.00 a night for the parking!!!, this the first time i have paid for parking like this, i took pictures of the room and showed them to the front desk and they didn't seem to care!!!

Good service

To begin, they don’t even provide wash cloths in the rooms. On Friday morning, we recieved a knock on the door at 6:39am and again at 8:30am. Both times, the person appeared to be under the influence of illicit substances. He stood outside the room the second time and rummaged through the blue laundry container. This morning, another gentleman knocked on the door at approximately 9am. We also observed someone in the parking lot peeking into cars. The area is sketchy with sketchy characters all around. We won’t stay here again.

Nothing really I paid 30 bucks for parkng they were making a music video with half naked girls outside with my ten yr old not great

It was clean. It had a nice size refrigerator. Staff was very professional and helpful. It was decent for the price. There was a mirror in the room. There was no where to unpack and put your clothes other than a very small rack with no hangers. Had to live out of suitcase and was constantly having to get the luggage and put it on the bed. The sink area was in the bathroom and there were 3 of us so made it difficult to get dressed. There wasn’t much light in the room. The outlet close to the mirror was old and plugs would fall out. The stairs were not great. One set had a wall in one section and there was no hand rail and they were very steep. The one stairs had a hand rail all the way and was not as stepp but some of the stairs were not flat.

It' was basic for it being in central Hollywood

Great location . Parking is not free like it stated online so be prepared for a daily parking fee. Even with that added the value is worth it. A closet would be nice but we made do. It gets 5 stars because of its location not its luxury
