Room was dirty, smelled, stains all over the carpet, old torn shower curtain with a swastika drawn on it, bath tub and bathroom not properly caulked or sealed. Given two towels, that’s it, no bath mat or hand towels, both had holes in them and were fraying. The first room I was given had a large portion of the front blinds missing so that anyone walking by could just look into your room. I asked for another room and the person at the front desk was more concerned as to whether I had “dirtied” the first room in the 3 minutes I had been there. The AC unit is crazy loud. The TV did not work at all so I had to rely on a laptop for any entertainment, and the remote control is missing the back and the batteries were being held in by some scotch tape. The WiFi is awful and ended up having to just use my own hotspot. I asked if there was any ice and was told I could go next door to raising cane’s and ask for a cup. Don’t waste your money here. It clearly doesn’t go towards any upkeep.

Good service

This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Cleanliness was not up to part nor did the hotel look like the photos. Guest beware, you’re in for a scare. Do not book with them. Photos speak for themselves. Everything was dirty from the towels to the pillows, and the TV did not work. Staff did not even try to help. We did no get a refund as well. Unacceptable.

I was expecting more value for my money The AC unit on the room i was assigned made alot of noise, it felt like i was in a bus the whole time!! Very Loud , made it impossible to sleep in peace. A big cockroach came out on day 2 of my stay, made me not want to be there or touch anything anymore!! The Pool green and dusty! Parking spaces are so tight, overall, overpriced.

Good location. Staff very friendly. Pool was dirty. we really wanted to swim but didn't trust it.Giant black beetle came out of an open hole under the sink.

Room has a moldy smell. Very basic amenities. Only good thing is the location.

The location Everything. My room was dirty, literal poop was on the inside on the door. The bathroom looked nothing like the photos online. Sink in the bathroom was leaking water my whole stay. Room smelt so bad i had a headache the whole time i was in the room.

Nothing once I checked in I asked to move to a different room the front desk refused and would not refund me any money!!! Black mold in the bathroom!!!! Ac didn’t work properly!!! Room was absolutely filthy and not clean !!! Roaches crawling around !

Pool was unusable, Garbage was floating in it when we arrived, it’s also right in the small parking lot. If you’re looking for a pool — go elsewhere. Parking is limited and $17 a day. Rooms smelled very musty and had mould on ceilings/ in bathrooms. A/c unit was nasty. Beds had burn holes in them. We stayed for our two days there and made due, but wouldn’t recommend longer. We got two towels between 4 people in a room, and no face cloths. We kept our room doors and windows open as long as we were in the rooms to beat the smell, floors were warped and coming up in spots. It’s a gross little hotel, but cheap —so I didn’t expect much. We had all we needed to get through the two nights we stayed, wouldn’t go back.

This place is a freaking dump . Rude night staff and I never got the room I paid for. They moved we d me to the drug addict side of the budget inn instead and downsized my room to a one bedroom
