Good location. The rooftop pool was nice, but expensive. Beware!! Lots of additional fees that you see after you book. Our stay was listed as $180/night with a $225 cleaning fee. After all the fees, we ended up paying almost $500 per night. They blame Booking.com for not being able to disclose all the fees, but other nearby hotels have all their fees listed. Complete scam!! If you scroll allllll the way down the page, past all the advertisements, you will see the “fine print”. After paying $50/day for parking, we received a violation notice for another $55.

The crew were very prompt on everything! Will definitely book here again! They’re exceptional! Helped us out with everything we needed!

The bed was comfy and good size room, quiet A lot of extra charge on arrival The shower was weak, not enough coffee and cream.

Loved the boardwalk and how close it is to the water. All was good except the AC in the room did not full work properly wouldn’t pass 75 degrees luckily was only here really for a day so I didn’t really mind but next time expect it to not happen. Cause it was hot in here

Hidden fees and parking was 50 dollars a day

Very well equipped apartment, clean and space, with all the necessary appliances. Laundtry, micro wave, freezer, etc There's a beach resort fee of $300 for my stay and the Public Parking (same building as the hotel), was $350 for my six days stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel and the pool was heated. For starters I had no idea this was a “private booking”. I don’t like private bookings which is why I go through booking.com instead of Airbnb. We got to the hotel and waited quite a bit in line for check in. Once I finally got to my room, there was someone already in that room. I had to go back to the front desk to see what was going on. They had to send security to remove the people and then we had to wait for the room to be cleaned again. We lost a few hours and were starving. We we’re planning to cook once we got to the room. We were with 2 small children and had to spend $ eating out. Once we got to the room we realized that the beds did not have any covers (3 beds). I called front desk and they said I had to contact the booking team to request. They brought 2 covers and we couldn’t get the 3rd cover until the following day. The same thing with papers towels. Also, I was not expecting to pay more fees once I checked in. I knew about the $40 a night parking fee but nowhere did I see that there was extra fees at check in. I also paid for “sea view” and when you go out the balcony. You see the street and buildings. You can see the sea from afar. If I had known, I would have chosen the cheaper room. I spent a lot of $ between the initial booking, the parking $135, and then $292 once I got to the hotel. And I’m very disappointed with the experience. We were also told that late checkout was not available. We woke up at 9 to have everything ready by 11. And advised the front desk 3 times to send a cart for our things and they never came. 1st call made at 10:13 and it was almost 11 and still no cart. We had to make multiple trips from the 5th floor all the way to the garage in order to make out on time.

Location was great. The only problem I had was that both of the beds were horrible both of them had big sink holes in the mattress. Horrible back ache. They should have took something off the bill.

Nice looking facility. Good location. Desk staff, was very rude, and very unprofessional. 2 of the first things they teach in hotel management. While I was there I witnessed several others having issues with your desk staff as well. You have a serious issue with attitude and professionalism at your Hollywood location.

Property was clean. Location was great. A lot of restaurant choices in walking distance of the hotel. I was surprised about the $200 resort fee I was charged upon check in. This fee should have been disclosed at the time of booking the reservation.

GREAT view from the balcony! Excellent location to access the Broadwalk. It was a bit too windy for us to enjoy the beach, but we still had a nice stay. The kitchen appliances were a bit shoddy - half size fridge and freezer and a stovetop that did not work. Fortunately, we didn't plan to cook. As we were leaving, the pull for the blinds in the master broke as we were raising it. It had been a little tough to work while there.

Clean, modern, comfortable. We read we needed to bring our own to, paper towels, etc. However, our owner had plenty of everything g for us! Only thing we did not have was coffee filters. We were in S216, a studio with a king bed. Beach / Broadwalk was about a block away. Would stay again.

Location, beach chairs, comfort and cleanliness, ability to keep using amenities, even after checking out. We loved everything
