CH Luxury Condos & Studios On The Beach

We felt like we were staying in true luxury accommodations at CHC Resort. We had a great view of the ocean and were a stones throw from the boardwalk. Great place to stay all around!

This room was beautiful with cute pillows and a fully equipped kitchen. The amazing staff always makes my stay a pleasurable experience. Pleasant Mari, Smiley Irene, always helpful Cedenier, & Edel and my Sunshine Jennifer. I will miss them all for sure.

Everything was good but sheet had stain The server from the pool Didn’t want to serve us I had to talk manager said he would bring me the food he never did . They took for ever to bring me a menu and take my order

Master bed was super comfy. Room was clean. Rooftop pool was very nice. Though very expensive, the rooftop bar sold awesome drinks & really good food. There’s margaritaville a little up the boardwalk, they have free bands playing during the evening. The beach scene, overall a nice vibe. It’s like a maze getting to & from your room. ALOT of walking to get to & from your room to the elevator. No clear sign of direction- doors that look like they’re for staff or maybe emergency exits were actually other halls you had to go through to get to your room but those doors are not labeled so unless you just tried your luck or just curious, you would never know you had to go through it. Also did not like that there was NO washer and dryer in the unit. It advises “MOST units have washer/dryer” But you wont know for sure if yours will until you get there and find out. Lastly, The oven is like you have to read holograms to understand it. It’s just symbols that you can’t really relate to an oven in order to use the correct setting

The pool was not clean and there were ants all over the deck under the lounge chairs.

The room was cool during a very hot stay. The building is centrally located and we could walk most places we wished to go. Appreciated the beach chairs. The pool was large and had lots of chairs with nice views of the ocean. Resturant on pool level had good food. The pool was loud and crowded. Lots of people playing their music from a radio/speaker. Need more umbrellas for shade. Our room keys were deactivated 15 minutes before 11. We stepped out to throw away the trash and came back to find our keys did not work.

No parking

I received a message that stated we were making too much noise. We weren't even in the room at the time, we were at the beach. It was 1:45 in the afternoon. Also ice machines were not that easily found. More signage would probably be better. Also the door walls were very hard to open to be able to enjoy the outside Terrace

We absolutely loved the rooftop pool and Sunset Club . Fabulous view and food . Our unit N533 was cock roach infested. We barely slept . We couldn’t bring any food nor cook in our room. There was even one on the refrigerator!!!! They bombed while we were there ugh-breathing in those chemicals is not my idea of a great vacation. This is my 1st ever bad review of a property.

Over crowded

The location was great, the rooms were perfect, the beds were the comfiest. The pool was large. Incredible bar area with the best bartenders, food and drinks!! Like that was a 12/10 for me! One thing that I think could really use an improvement on is having more dedicated staff paying attention to how slippery the pool area is. And not even the area directly around the pool, but the tiles that you walk onto when you’re going to lay in on your beach chair. I felt pretty hard due to slipping in a puddle of water that was really difficult to see due to the color of the tiles and the sun. Luckily I have minimal injuries. My neck is still so sore and I have pretty severe whiplash due to the fall. I also think that some of it may be out of the hotels Control, but children were allowed to be in the pool without their parent present, kids were running all around the pool area and hot tub area, I even had children jumping on my beach chair while I was trying to relax. I’m not really sure how the hotel can better accommodate this, but figured it was worth mentioning. I also wish that there was more music around the pool area, similar to the awesome music playing by the bar area.

The location was great being so close to the boardwalk and beach , the pool was amazing with excellent rooftop views and the rooms had everything you needed and more for a comfortable stay There was a group of us that booked and had different rooms , some on the south side and some on the north side Annoying to get to one another but not a major issue at all

Convenient location to everything on Hollywood boardwalk Property is very user friendly nothing not to like

Good location. The rooftop pool was nice, but expensive. Beware!! Lots of additional fees that you see after you book. Our stay was listed as $180/night with a $225 cleaning fee. After all the fees, we ended up paying almost $500 per night. They blame Booking.com for not being able to disclose all the fees, but other nearby hotels have all their fees listed. Complete scam!! If you scroll allllll the way down the page, past all the advertisements, you will see the “fine print”. After paying $50/day for parking, we received a violation notice for another $55.

The bed was comfy and good size room, quiet A lot of extra charge on arrival The shower was weak, not enough coffee and cream.

Loved the boardwalk and how close it is to the water. All was good except the AC in the room did not full work properly wouldn’t pass 75 degrees luckily was only here really for a day so I didn’t really mind but next time expect it to not happen. Cause it was hot in here

Hidden fees and parking was 50 dollars a day
