Cielo stay had everything I needed in the room.

A very, very nice, clean, well-located Hotel - Apartment very close to the beach.. in a beautiful place, a fully equipped suite. We were happy to spend our vacation here.. we come back here every year ????Thank you ??

Location Cold

The Best and only thing about this hotel was the roof top pool & bar They were out of towels for our group of 4 (only had 2 available) I did not like the comfort of the sofa beds horrible had a metal bar and springs protruding through mattresses very uncomfortable Extra added fees $50 for the host (never saw anyone) $246 Cleaning fee(had to strip beds & do dishes ) $158 parking fee $45 resort fee ..addition to cost of stay & Tax not enough towels for guests. 1 roll of toilet paper elevator broken at one point

The place was perfect overall. I’ve stayed here before, but this time booked through Expedia and mistakenly assumed room service was included—so just a heads up that it isn’t. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The apartments are beautiful with an amazing view, and the beach is very close with two chairs included. Our room didn’t have a large umbrella, but we were able to rent one right on the beach. A great bonus was the rooftop pool and Sunset bar, where you can order food and drinks. Even without room service, I was able to easily exchange towels myself. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

Nothing works. Power outage for 16 hours; they had unit available and refused to change us. We have to spend the night with no AC and 90 degrees. They kept saying it was FPL, but in the app FPL never shows the outage, it was an internal issue they could never solve in one of the two buildings. Of course, I never received the "compensation" they promised. Stay away from this place. I had to change my rental car, they didn't allow me to change the plate and had to pay for parking twice. They will say it's a public parking operated by the city, but the receipt said it's operated by them. Elevator to parking out of order, Danger wifi, my VPN warning every single time I tried to connect. Beach service is only for 2 chairs, umbrella costs 20 additional per day

Spacious and comfortable

Great location. Roof top pool is nice The pool closes at 8 pm which seemed ridiculous. You are charged 42.50 for amenities for what? And the fact that parking isn’t included is insane!

We felt like we were staying in true luxury accommodations at CHC Resort. We had a great view of the ocean and were a stones throw from the boardwalk. Great place to stay all around!

The location Hidden resort fees, the room was super dirty upon arrival, furniture was worn out.

Pool and hot tub area was wonderful They charge a $40 resort fee instead of the $25 that booking says they charge. They also charge a $54 registration fee that’s not mentioned anywhere. Also $40 parking

This room was beautiful with cute pillows and a fully equipped kitchen. The amazing staff always makes my stay a pleasurable experience. Pleasant Mari, Smiley Irene, always helpful Cedenier, & Edel and my Sunshine Jennifer. I will miss them all for sure.

Everything was good but sheet had stain The server from the pool Didn’t want to serve us I had to talk manager said he would bring me the food he never did . They took for ever to bring me a menu and take my order

Master bed was super comfy. Room was clean. Rooftop pool was very nice. Though very expensive, the rooftop bar sold awesome drinks & really good food. There’s margaritaville a little up the boardwalk, they have free bands playing during the evening. The beach scene, overall a nice vibe. It’s like a maze getting to & from your room. ALOT of walking to get to & from your room to the elevator. No clear sign of direction- doors that look like they’re for staff or maybe emergency exits were actually other halls you had to go through to get to your room but those doors are not labeled so unless you just tried your luck or just curious, you would never know you had to go through it. Also did not like that there was NO washer and dryer in the unit. It advises “MOST units have washer/dryer” But you wont know for sure if yours will until you get there and find out. Lastly, The oven is like you have to read holograms to understand it. It’s just symbols that you can’t really relate to an oven in order to use the correct setting

The pool was not clean and there were ants all over the deck under the lounge chairs.

The room was cool during a very hot stay. The building is centrally located and we could walk most places we wished to go. Appreciated the beach chairs. The pool was large and had lots of chairs with nice views of the ocean. Resturant on pool level had good food. The pool was loud and crowded. Lots of people playing their music from a radio/speaker. Need more umbrellas for shade. Our room keys were deactivated 15 minutes before 11. We stepped out to throw away the trash and came back to find our keys did not work.
