Location Could of been a lil cleaner and at least have a broom and dustpan to clean up the sand

We loved it!! Perfect location!!

Nice view of the ocean I came home with a case of bedbugs. Sores on my hands, arms, chest, back. The last night there I didn't even get in the bed. I sat up on a chair all night. There was sand in the bed even though I had not been on the sand at all. Also, I am sure the room has termites. Found wood shavings under the closet door. After cleaning them up they reappeared two days later.

Great location, nice patio over looking beach. The room was clean. The hotel is old and needs work. Bathroom was rough but clean. No front desk or anyone on the premises to contact unless you catch the cleaning lady, who was very nice and a great worker. There was a language bearer but she was great.

I'm a regular here I love ❤️ the location, the room set up and the view. I always come here my little piece of peace .10 out of 10.

The rooms are clean and very spacious. My son's room had a beautiful oceanview! It is right on the boardwalk, so you can walk to many different bars and restaurants.

The Golden Sand Oceanfront is an absolute gem!! You are right on the beach in a prime location on the boardwalk. There is a nice seating area deck to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The staff (Tony) is the nicest guy you will ever meet and very accommodating. He makes the check-in/check-out process easy! The room was spotlessly clean with strong air conditioning. I have asthma so it is hard for me to stay in some places but my room had clean, fresh air (not musky). It was absolutely perfect, I cannot wait to stay here again!!

Only issue was the steps to get to it. But not an issue for us

It's right on the boardwalk and steps to the beach. The balcony sitting area had a great view with comfortable chairs. They weren't$300 a night room but they were super clean and totally cool AC during the 100+ temperature days. Staff responded to my requests quickly. Only issue was the steps to get to it.
