Great location, nice patio over looking beach. The room was clean. The hotel is old and needs work. Bathroom was rough but clean. No front desk or anyone on the premises to contact unless you catch the cleaning lady, who was very nice and a great worker. There was a language bearer but she was great.

I'm a regular here I love ❤️ the location, the room set up and the view. I always come here my little piece of peace .10 out of 10.

The rooms are clean and very spacious. My son's room had a beautiful oceanview! It is right on the boardwalk, so you can walk to many different bars and restaurants.

The Golden Sand Oceanfront is an absolute gem!! You are right on the beach in a prime location on the boardwalk. There is a nice seating area deck to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The staff (Tony) is the nicest guy you will ever meet and very accommodating. He makes the check-in/check-out process easy! The room was spotlessly clean with strong air conditioning. I have asthma so it is hard for me to stay in some places but my room had clean, fresh air (not musky). It was absolutely perfect, I cannot wait to stay here again!!

Only issue was the steps to get to it. But not an issue for us

It's right on the boardwalk and steps to the beach. The balcony sitting area had a great view with comfortable chairs. They weren't$300 a night room but they were super clean and totally cool AC during the 100+ temperature days. Staff responded to my requests quickly. Only issue was the steps to get to it. Rooms are kind of wore off but clean, and what is very important, with a good AC. Management is super friendly and easy to reach. We love this place and always stay there on our Florida vacation.

Very comfortable and clean

If you're looking for fancy this is not it but the room is clean and has a kitchen and full size refrigerator. What is special about it is the view from the front terrace with several comfy chairs and the location right along the boardwalk is prime. Parking is in the back if you arrange it with the hotel prior to your arrival. Beach chairs are available. Tony was great helping with check in and parking and when we had an issue one night with the cold water knob not working in the shower he quickly got back to me with the code to get into another room to use the shower. The location is amazing!
