The Pearl Beachside Apartments on Hollywood Beach Broadwalk

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us. We really liked having a separate bedroom and a full kitchen instead of just a typical hotel room. The AC worked great too, which definitely matters in South Florida. It was a nice place to come back to after spending the day at the beach or running around Hollywood. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a great location. Five stars from us.

Clean, comfortable, steps away from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus.

Great little apartment, perfectly located and property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Clean, well decorated. Perfect getaway outside of hotel living.

I loved how close and convenient everything was to the apartment I didn't like that there wasn't designated parking for the room so that people that were going to the beach or that side of the boardwalk would take up all the parking spaces

We had room 7, it was perfect! Great communication with our host, there's a convenience store across the street and few steps away from the beach.

We rented 4 rooms here last week. Our family had a great time and we love this place! Is the greatest spot. 🙌 our hostess is just wonderful. Will stay here every time if possible.

Property was great! Spacious, well appointed. Loved the location..steps to the sand and many restaurants, shopping and coffee all in walking distance. Jackie was great and very accommodating!

Property was steps from the beach, very clean, nicely decorated, had all of the amenities that we needed, and despite being right off the boardwalk was actually very quiet at night. Finding parking was a bit challenging at times.

First and foremost Jakie was great the entire time. The room was clean, great A/C m. Spacious, and prepared to stay in and cook. The picture made it look larger.

Location is great!! The apartment was fully equipped, nicely decorated, clean and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Steps to the Hollywood Broadwalk with lots of restaurants and stores. There is a small shared patio that faces the ocean where we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee while listening to the beach waves. The unit itself was very clean and fresh. There are 2 beach chairs, 2 full size beach towels, and full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers so you have even less to pack! Great water pressure in the shower too! This building does not have assigned parking, however, once you arrive, they send you an optional link to pay $21 a day for street parking & then you can use it all over town which is a great deal! We lucked out by finding street parking outside of our unit for most of our stay, but I think it was just good timing. Overall, we loved this unit & location and will definitely stay again!

If you're looking for a great Beach vacation look no further than the Pearl! It is literally a steps from the beach and around some great establishments to eat or drink at. We love the Taco shack

Ideally located to access the beach in the heart of the boardwalk. Loaded with extra amenities = beach chairs, beach umbrella. nicely furnished and decorated. Helpful staff. The shower rocks!
