Arrived about 34 minutes before check and was told, along with several other guests, that the room was not ready but was guaranteed to be ready at 4:00. The room was clean, the furniture was worn but free from holes. The ocean view was quite obstructed. Was not told how to use the free chair service, but we only stayed one night so not really any time to utilize. Parking in the garage was expensive. Overall clean and a good location, would stay again.

Absolutely loved this stay. I solo traveled and I never felt safer. The staff is extremely nice and the roof top bar is a perfect touch as happy hour is every weekday. Don’t even get me started on the beach as that’s just as easy to get to and use the beach chairs. If I could give 10 stars I 100% will be back!!

I liked the using of your room key for security purposes

It was good overall I enjoyed

The best part is the pool, and the size of the room. The worst part is the service, the amount of walking it takes to get to your room (only if your in the north part) and not much to do in the area but the beach and pool and the boardwalk. I didnt get free beach chairs, each chair costed 25 dollars for the day. Umbrella costed 25 dollars. So for a family more than 2 it is costly. Other hotels accommodate the chairs for the beach but this one doesn’t. Everything requires payment even looking out the window.

Muy bueno

Clean room, great location, good food at the bar by the pool. The one thing I didn't like was the fact that you had to pay for parking at their garage, should be included.

First time to Hollywood Beach. YEEESSS. We WILL be returning. Ok let's talk about Costa, BEAUTIFUL resort. Let's be clear it IS NOT on the beach, but it's only a few steps from the beach which once I saw the location I was cool with that. There's a boardwalk on the beach with restaurants and shops so having a hotel/resort sitting on the beach/boardwalk would be VERY loud. Our suite though,.....AWESOME! Huge. Pictures show the actual view from the small balcony so if you choose water view, it's minimal. pictures also show amenities and SO MUCH storage. There's a beautiful marina across the street from the resort. The resort offers several activities for everyone. We drove about 15 minutes into Miami to the HUGE Aventura Mall. Plan to spend a day there. Put this resort on your list. Oh BTW, it was HOT, but it's Florida in August. LOL

As someone with meticulous cleanliness, I am very picky on hotel selection. Expedia doesn't clearly show all details about this place. Upon arrival, my family discovered, it operates as a full hotel, complete with 24 hr reception, full staff + valets to assist with taxis, doors & luggage. 2 restaurants, a convenience store, fitness amenities, gym, skybridge etc. The staff were genunely kind. Despite late 2 AM arrival from Fort Lauderdale Airport, check-in was seamless & getting into our massive, high-ceiling suite was hassle-free. The suite was very clean & exceptionally well-organized with a fully equipped modern kitchen, separate bedroom with safe box & balcony with marina water & partial ocean views. However, replacing the scratched Teflon cookware with stainless steel would be nice for health-conscious guests. The photos online don't do this place justice. The rooftop is humongous, luxurious,& high-end, featuring huge swimming pool, whirl pool, and a sprawling lounge area with so many chairs in every corners - all free for hotel guests. I love many palm trees and lush greenery on the rooftop making it feel cozier and much more premium. It also houses a fully fledged, premium restaurant and bar. The rooftop offers a breathtaking 360-degree view including the ocean and marina—a truly romantic atmosphere. You get the best of both: full hotel amenities combined with spacious condo living, all just a minute walk from the beach.

There was no airport shuttle. No directions on how to use the pool get towels no information in the room of places to eat suggestions long line at the counter.

The room was beautiful besides some of the outdated furniture in the bedroom. The tv in our room was old and small, only had basic cable, no streaming or casting. Other than that the view was great! Loved the shower and full kitchen!
-
The rooms were amazing! The staff was helpful. Waited a while to be waited on for food & drinks several times at the bar but once we got them it was delicious. Hard to get in the ocean due to the algae but that’s not the hotels fault. Overall a wonderful stay with lots to do! Will definitely go back!

It was a really nice hotel. It puts you in mind more of an Air B and B, versus a resort. The rooms were clean and the guest staff was amazing. The rooms are nice and spacious and access to the beach is great. The area isn't crowded and the dining options were a mixture of low, middle, and high so you had plenty options. All and all I would stay again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise close to the beach, great cafes around, rooftop food and service was amazing and the staff, front desk service was awesome. Great stay if you are in fort Lauderdale near Hollywood beach.
