Awesome stay. My favorite

Only downside to this hotel is that the pool towels are on the first floor and the pool is on the 7th. They only give one towel per person and it’s very inconvenient to the guest to have to go anywhere other than the pool deck for amenities. “Fountain” on pool deck should be changed to real pool!

Just need to clean the pool many people come from the beach and could see seaweed and sand in the pool.

The floor was covered in sand and dirt the moment we walked in. They do not service the room unless you call 24 hrs before. They do not give new towels or take your trash either. They do not supply garbage bags for trash so we had to go buy them from the store. They also do not mention that parking is 45 dollars DAILY! It’s absurd. Only good thing is the pool was beautiful other than that I am Not happy with the stay and will not go there again.

The hotel was great. The rooms were very nice, the rooftop pool was beautiful, and the beach access was great. The staff was also very nice. My only gripe really was the price of parking. It was a lot. The wonderful gentleman at the desk helped us out a little with that but it would have been worse if he didn’t. Also, I really didn’t know where we were supposed to get them pool towels etc but other than that…. The hotel was great.

Won't be staying there again!

Great hotel with spacious rooms, an amazing rooftop pool and bar, friendly staff, and the perfect location just steps from the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again!

No longer has valet. Noticeable change in staffing, amenities, and customer service.

It was ok. The pool closes really early at 8. The rim ended up with tons of ants but they did switch me rooms. The parking is terrible. There is no parking on the property so you can either park in an adjacent neighborhood and walk two miles or pay $400 to park in the public garage. There is no mid well run freshening. Don’t even ask. Even if there are ants all over everything. Staff was friendly enough but not extremely helpful. Weed smell was pervasive throughout the whole hotel including the rooms. Probably ok if you are 4/20 friendly but not if weed gives you migraines.

I love this place. I have told all my family and close friends about it. I have been coming here for years to celebrate my birthday and other holidays. This time I have been here for 1 month this week. Mari is always attentive and extremely nice. Irene is always smiling and very pleasant. Miguel is also very helpful and friendly. Eldel willingness to help me every time I move to a different room is impressive,to say the least. Jennifer is so sweet. Cedenier is always in a good mood and also very attentive. All of the staff mentioned in this review have made this an amazing experience!!

The property was nice and efficient. No fuss, pleasant staff even down to the doorman. Location is great and amenities were available. I would stay here again.

The property was recommended to me by a friend. I disnt know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! Was especially impressed by the recognition of my Expedia Gold status and complementary upgrades. Clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff. It was perfect.
