Costa Hollywood Beach Resort

They overcharged my credit card for things that got nothing to do with my room. I called to talk to a manager, no manager was avaliabled. It's been 2 weeks since I'm waiting for the manager to call me. I don't recommend this place.

Checkout the deposit for one night! I literally booked it without having a warning that there was the additional fee, it comes up after completing the reservation. Didn’t finish the checkin but they reported that I did 5 hours before I arrived. Go down the street if you want a great experience with your own parking, a lower deposit, and not a public parking garage.

When your first experience as you walk into the hotel is a 45 minute wait standing online to check in because there's only one person working behind the counter on Saturday evening at 6:00 p.m., it is hard to overcome that. Personally, that would make me never book there again. Aside from that I found the resort extremely clean and as advertised. I would have liked a proper blanket and not something as thin as a top sheet.

Great location! We had a king suite. The suite was huge with a very nice balcony. When we arrived they had a complimentary bottle of champagne for us. Staff at front desk was very nice. Navigating the halls was a little confusing, they could use more signage but we managed! I would stay here again.

Extremely complicated process for parking. Not helpful and incredibly rude. No explanation on how things worked.

Location

Great location for the river, beach and boardwalk. Short drive to Seminole Hard Rock. The space was clean and the beds were comdortable The furniture was VERY dated, The pots and pans were all non stick and scratched so badly I was afraid to use them. Thanksfully there was one pan that was decent enough to cook in, so I used that one pan for bacon, then hashbrowns, then eggs.

Excellent location. Very safe and secure. Lots to do close by. Boardwalk and beach were beautiful.

Room had old scratched furniture and mirror in bathroom had rust on it. A few unknown black specks but everything else what good.

Location was perfect very quick walk to the beach. Beautiful pool area and definitely would stay again!

Our stay at the Costa was nice. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and cozy. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, with balcony and partial ocean view. The one thing would say that I didn’t like was that when my boyfriend and I try to use the microwave to heat up our food. The microwave was outdated and inside was covered in rust. I contacted guest service to see it could be replaced. However I was informed that the hotel did not have any extra. At that time, you would think that they will remove the microwave after being informed as it’s unsafe. They did not. Irina was super helpful and hospitable, my boyfriend surprised me by decorating the room before my arrival, balloons , rose petals, etc. I hear she was very accommodating and pleasant, so I am writing that part on his behalf. The dining table chairs were free and wear and had wear and tear, the balcony had garbage that you can tell was accidentally left by previous guest. Other than that it was a nice hotel. 3 minute walk from beach. This past weekend there was high tide and when that happens the area floods (but that’s on Mother Nature, not the hotel).

The rooftop bar and pool was great with beautiful views of the sunset. Rooms and all general areas were very clean and all staff was very nice and helpful. Fully recommend to stay here

We spent 5 days for my birthday and everything it was excellent I 100% reccommend, more than we expected, we will be back for sure

Place es super clean. Staff very professional and friendly. You feel like a VIP guest. Room was very comfortable. Parkings was a little complicated since it's a third party business
