Village Inn Motel Holt

By far The worst motel I have ever stayed in. The sheets were ripped. The towels were ripped yellow stain, and some of them were on the floor.. there was a condom in the nightstand. There was hairs all over the bathroom. There was a Q-tip lots of stains over the bed, the sheets, the walls, and the bathroom. The toilet had a very disgusting stain inside, and it did not flush away. I have stayed in far better motels for even less They need to improve with new furniture, new bedding, and actually cleaning up after each guest

The location. We have stayed here several times before because it is close to family. Wanted to call the office to get wifi info. There wasn't a phone in the room. The electric outlets in the dining area didn't work. Starting to run out of toilet paper, and there wasn't another roll available. We booked a room for 2, but only had one set of towels. Not management's problem, but people in next room had visitors that were outside our room, talking and visiting till around 2 a.m., including kids.

Location of the Motel. Refrigerator and microwave in room. No coffee pot. Furniture, carpet old, worn. Old stained towels. Noisy furnace units. No one at the desk for check in or check out.

Staff effort to be helpful

The staff was very nice. The neighborhood was a tad scary, at least initially.

It was only 8 miles from where I was working. When I checked in the man charged me again for the room even after I pre-paid online. He told me I had to do a walk-through and if I accepted the room there would be no refund. The room was filthy, furniture broken, dirty towels! I needed a bed!!!

Good location, lower price, large room (actually a suite) Not as clean or well kept up. Near a drive through so traffic & noise at times. Misunderstanding led them to ask me to leave room until they found my reservation- not a big deal, but irksome.

The owner was extremely nice. He upgraded us to a spacious & cozy suite with large screen tv, fridge and microwave at no extra charge, just because he had one available. He escorted us to the room personally. Free wi-fi. Everything worked well.

The first thing is the price. The second is the location. The third is the cleanliness. The forth is the quietness. The fifth is the bed. I slept great. Other hotels should take a lesson from this place. No. their was nothing bad about this motel and I would recommend this to any of my friends.

Large bed, fridge,and microwave. Large room. Had Direc TV Shower head pressure seemed weak.

Staff was Friendly, room was decent, was missing the hair dryer, lamp did not work, light switches where confusing in main room and heater was noisy but bedding clean, nice size room. Signage and driveway was a little inconvenience. there was no signage on road/entrance Google maps took me too.

Nothing. Old is one thing, this was sorely neglected. Everything in the room looked like a yard sale. Burns in the bedding, worn out chair, sticky rugs. Worst of all, the bathroom was covered in black mold. Would not return even if it was free. Non-english staff.

Convenience! Location! Price! Road traffic is easily heard.

I Didnt like nothing about the hotel the power was out the 2 days i stay there no streets lights bad neighborhood. NO HEAT i couldnt take a hot shower and my food went bad. I was cold and very very disapointed with my stay. NO POWER, NO LIGHTS, NO HOT water, bad location, staff didnt come clean the room, everythang about the room I Did mynt like, and I want my money back. I go throught priceline all the time, and now im starting to think twice.

IT SEEM TO BE IN A SECURE LOCATION/NEIGHBOR HOOD. THE ROOM HAD A BAD ODOR, OLD FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES.

You can park right outside your room. King size bed. staff did not speak clear English. Door was hard to close and dead bolt would not engage into hole. Had to put a chair under door knob to feel secure. Also the room had 2 mysteries doors locked from the other side?

Location, lots of very hot water, effective heating, some fresh paint Poor lighting, broken microwave, rugs looked dirty and worn, holes in bedding, would sleep 6 yet only 2 chairs at table & 1 side chair
