I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it

Nothing like pictures. Pool isn’t working. Smell like a old house.

Nothing No hot water, rooms were dirty very rude workers

Restaurant is closed. No toilet paper or tissues in barhrooms(we had 2 rooms) no wifi or cable TV. But for $70 what do you expect, besides toilet paper.

No pool no hot tub no cable I requested a refund 5 minutes after I checked in

Quite an unsafe property. Had to check out a night earlier because of unsafe conditions. No amenities were provided. No WiFi, no room service and bugs in the room.

NO AMENITIES....NONE. there is NO WIFI available in rooms. No cable, no pool, no lounge, no staff. However the two staff (one day, one evening )they had during our stay were very kind and did their best with what little they had. One room's (had two) carpet smelled like urine. But oddly enough, beds slept well. But that was after check for bed bugs and disinfecting ourselves. Homeless people in lobby. Broken down cars in front lot of hotel. Only one entrance open to guests and no real lighting in parking lots...uneasy feeling having to park in back and walk around a large building to be able to get in. Owner, Lin Kueng, should be ashamed of himself leaving the hotel in such condition. It has such potential to be an incredible location. They actually had a wedding in conference room...don't know how they did it with little staff. Overall the majority was clean to the naked eye. Kitchy furnishings, that again could be nice....but when lobby couches have stretched out "covers" it doesn't look like they care. But on a side note, got for a fairly good rate for a "nice hotel"...not for this hotel. Should be offered a refund of some kind. Or take better care of your employees and hotel or sell it!

This place Does Not look like the photos advertised. I'm surprised it's even on this website. My wife and I booked a room for five days. When we pulled up to the property it looked abandoned. Main entrance was shut down. We entered on the side of the building. No parking on the property due to the broken down cars parked in the spots. The interior looks like time completely stopped in the late 80s. Everything is outdated. None of the amenities were available. The whole place reaked of cigarette smoke and dust They gave us a room that already had people staying in it. The other room they gave us had no hot water. No door locks. No Wi-Fi. We stayed up all that first night in fear of someone walking in on us and checked out at first light the next day. Later that day we heard that the city uses the building to house the homeless when the weather gets cold. Do Not Stay at this place!

This place was dirty, staff couldn't answer any questions and couldn't resolve any problems. The amenities that they said they had were all shut down such as pool, restaurant and lobby bathrooms. There was fighting above me all night so very difficult to sleep!!This place is a disaster and I requested a discount but they didn't give it to me.

To whom it may concern. This hotel is the most disheveled, run-down, and foul-smelling establishment I have ever experienced. I'm 55 years old, and in all my days, I have never experienced such a disturbing scenario in my life. I have been all over the world when I was in the service, and never once did I experience anything like this abomination. If I was Booking.Com, I would remove this establishment or anything related to it. I would distance myself from it. Once I checked in, everything from the from the parking lot to my room was super sketchy and made the hair on my neck stand up. It was old dated dark and dingy. There isn't enough fabreze in town to kill the tobacco and lingering marijuana stench. It honestly smelt like a men's room in a nightclub. The elevators didn't work, and as a disabled veteran, they had my room on the fourth floor. It was completely egregious, and they deserve negative five stars. I went directly back out to my car, canceled my reservation, and went to stay at another more expensive lodging facility. It's not good, and the facility should be condemned. Nothing.

Additionally, the bathroom drain was extremely dirty and unusable. I paid for breakfast, but breakfast was not provided.

I was harassed my entire stay by staff. I was made felt uncomfortable and even threatened. Rooms weren’t clean

There was no cable tv, got stuck in the elevator twice. Had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. Keys stopped working on the room. Building was outdated and falling apart. Stink bugs in room. Room smelled so bad like mildew had to buy a candle. Do NOT recommend

Location Elevator was scary, had to get a bunch of different key cards due to them not working the WiFi barely worked when It did work all of the places in the hotel were closed as in the pool, bar & restaurant and they didn’t have the room I had ordered open so I had to get into a 2 queen bed instead of 1 king and the parking lot was closed too

    No pool Elevator Employees

Our room was clean and fairly comfy Parking is awful, absolutely nothing works in this hotel. No pool, no hot tub, no cable TV, only the main door can be used as an entrance, so you have to walk forever away to park and come inside. The hotel is huge but pretty creepy. Furniture in the open areas resembled a vampire movie. Only one of three elevators was working, and it didn’t sounds or feel great to ride in. Staff were not dressed in respectable clothing, and appeared to be also living somewhere in the hotel. Our shower only work about half way so that was very uncomfortable.
