Super Inn by OYO Lansing MI

When i was in the hall I thought i would have a loud night. It was quiet and I had a good.sleep. They were renovating and there were bed structures in the hall and in the office. The floor wasn't mopped, the shower drain was plugged. The TV i had to turn on manually then I could use the remote. The freezer portion of the refrigerator was neglected. They say you need to talk to them in the morning to get your deposit back. I checked out about 7 am and nobody was there. The lighting in the bathroom was like a strobe light.

The staff was rude and impatient

They refused to check us in the women was crude and unprofessional and the place was filthy!

Definitely a lot of drug addicts and sketchy people staying long term. Staff is amazing but they need to get new bed sheeting seriously.

Nothing To start off the property is in kinda a sketchy location tucked behind a dennys, lots of homeless people walking around. The room i had was covered in bed bugs and cockroaches. the sheets had a yellow stain on them. There was a screaming child running up and down the halls with no parent in site. all of this happened in the span of 2 hours after checking in. only saving grace is they agreed to give me a full refund before i left.

Before I got their I reserved a double bed and paid for it entirely the Lady at the desk gave me a single with that stunk, the lights didn’t work, stains on the floor, bugs in the bathroom, lock looked broke and she told me their was no rooms left and when I confronted about wanting a refund later I wasn’t allowed to, total scam i stayed at a lot of hotels in my life this one was easily the worst if i could rate it 0 i could

Nothing Roaches and Filthy towels, bathroom sink, tiny fridge and etc

They tried to make me an enjoyable trip. I saw their eagerness. Thank you!

Close to public transit, close to restaurants The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were dirty, with feces stains. The pillowcases had blood stains on them

It wasn’t clean. The staff had a nasty attitude, and they had the nerve to ask for a deposit. I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to stay there.

Clean room we're the bathroom door isn't broken. Comforter has poop stains,dresser drawer had hair in bottom of drawer,bathroom door was broken,bed was awful.

It is under new ownership they are remodeling and making it very nice. The best part was the staff was wonderful and making sure guest was comfortable at all times with the construction and remodeling going on.

The property was not kept up whatsoever. We were asked to leave for taking a bath..due to pipes in the floor leaking. Very unprofessional..would never recommend anyone sray at that location.

The shower The bed real thin. The cigarette burned blankets. The odd space heater sitting on the table.

They charge you a $30 deposit on the key and when you return it they say they will refund your deposit. Been over a month and no refund!!

Staff was very polite and courteous and helpful ? Microwave wasn't as powerful as I would have liked
