For one they didn’t give me the right room it was nasty as all get out dirty dirty dirty! I was so upset but it was so late I had no choice I’m upset as hell wasted money to visit family n it looked very nice in the pics then got there and didn’t get my hot tub room and they wouldn’t change it

Stafff was nice rooms were clean

It was dirty, there was a hole in the tub. The room smelled like smoke. All my clothes smelled of smoke when we left

My stay at this motel was absolutely horrible. We didn’t even end up sleeping here. We walked in and immediately it smelled of cigarettes and dead animals. There were cigarette burns in the carpet and at least 3 on the bed. There was stains on the floor and walls. It was absolutely disgusting. We were in that room for less then 10 minutes but i was told i couldn’t get a refund. I payed about $80. I would like a refund asap. i should report a health code violation and have this motel shut down!

No smoking in the rooms...but the rooms smell like smoke.

Live in bums all over the place. Wish I would have brought a bigger gun in more ammo thank God I didn't need it

Location and no bed bugs. Marginally clean. Ice machine broken. Person at the desk acted like she didn’t want to be bothered.

There was a piece of feces in the toilet in our room. Some sort of lubricant spread on the nightstand. The room has definitely not been cleaned. Unmufflered cars driving in and out the parking lot on a consistent basis. At 4:30 AM, incredibly loud music playing. We literally barricaded the door with the desk before going to bed. We are grown men, but it was a very unsettling night and we could not wait to leave in the morning. THE WORST hotel/motel I have ever stayed.

our neighbors were a couple constantly loudly arguing and the desk called us at 2a.m. accusing us of making the noise.

We had a good stay. The people were nice and friendly. And very helpful.

Filthy! Smoked in non smoking rooms. Ashes on the carpet. Drugs being sold on property and prostitution also. Mold and dirt everywhere. Ceiling peeling. Afraid to go out at night. Front desk people involved with the drugs and prostitution. No balconies like stated in advertisements. Continental breakfast was toast or dry mini doughnuts if they had them out. No coffee when it was coffee hours. Lots more! Absolutely disgusted

Fast reliable Wifi HD TV and cable with premium channels Listing says there is an outdoor pool. The pool has been filled with dirt and closed for years. This error put a bit of a damper in my 4th of July

The room smelled like an ashtray despite the no smoking policy. Cob webs on the ceiling. The neighboring guest had a kid playing in the parking lot past 11pm making noise and they were playimg music audible thru the wall all night long. 2nd worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Okay alright it didn’t suck. Older but clean needs updating didn’t care slept showered left

Door to room dod not latch all the way, even though I pulled on it and jiggled the handle before I left. When I returned, my door was adjar. Major safety issue. Bathroom soor was missing the latch. Curtains were threadbare. Cobwebs everywhere. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe.

I smelled lots of smoke even I requested for a non-smoking room.

It was ok for the price, but restrooms ad mold in the ceiling, and bed sheet had stains in it. Even though the rooms were marked as smoke free, had smoke smell.

Aweful aweful is all I can say

The heat was off when I got there! It was about 45°F in my room...
