Nice friendly staff. It just looked like the were short staffed because the front desk attendant had to do multiple tasks besides the front desk.

I have purchase the room every time I go to miami to see my daughter and its as clean as everytime I go. Customer service is great they are there for you for what ever you might need. The best part the turnpike is right there and espically STARBUCKS!!!

La alberca tenía excremento humano. Avise y después de una hora regresaron a sacar el excremento. Y después de dos horas no dijeron que saliéramos de la piscina. Que la hiban a limpiar eso fue ayer. Pero hasta la fecha de hoy salimos del hotel y no la habían limpiado. Le dije a front desk y solo me dijo perdón señora por el inconveniente. Solo por eso usted y su familia tendrán el desayuno gratis. No estuve asusto tan solo de pensar que mis niños tragaron agua con partículas de excremento.

Clean and comfortable. I liked that it had a bistro and you could get Starbucks coffee in the morning. It had a small market as well. The outlets by the lamps were worn and couldn’t be used. Chargers fell out of them. That was a little inconvenient. That minor thing was our only complaint. We had a great stay and would stay there again.

Property and staff were amazing but the staff at the breakfast/Starbucks were not helpful at all. Bypassing customers waiting to be acknowledged and they looked flustered as if they did not know what they were doing, forgetting orders and giving incorrect orders to customers. Other than that check in/out, cleaning crew, and staff Amazing service. 👍👏👏👏
