bed sheets smelled like sweat, toilet was dirty, the whole room had a bad odor. i could keep going, but i probably wont be coming back anyways

I expected to at least have soap and tissues in the room but the only thing that was provided was a small tube of shampoo and one of moisturizer. I almost ran out of toilet paper before my stay ended, I was given an extra roll but it was used and another was not provided. The elevator is supper slow. The room was hot but if I cooled it down just a degree or two, I would get cold but no blanket was provided, only the bed cover which was not only two hot to use as a blanket but I ever trust the cleanliness of bed spreads. One night I needed assistance because my card key wasn’t working, and I had to wait a while for the desk clerk to come back. I was a bit upset and noticing, she got a bit of attitude. She said that she was one person to do all things but her son came running behind her to ask what she wanted, she answered that he needed to be quiet in the room. She darted off down the hall way when she was finished with me so I believe that she was just too busy with her son or family. If you’re going to provide basically no supplies within the room, you should advise so that one is prepared. I had to make several trips to the store while trying to tend to my mother who was very ill in the hospital, my reason for my trip.

the rooms are not clean is stink like a wet dog the room look clean, but no the carpet has a to many marks of food and smell bad. the problem is the smell i can sleep well the location is beri convenient close to all
