Pros: Helpful staff, let us check in earlier, affordable, good location, free parking Cons: Mold or cigarette smell, noise AC, poor noise cancellation from other rooms or upstairs rooms. We could hear other people snoring in the other room. It says it is a smoke free hotel, but people can smoke outside the hotel near doors and all the smell came to the inside. It is pet friendly but it is not free as advertised in the website. You have to pay 20$ per day per pet. In summary, I won’t recommend this place.

Stayed at uptown for About 2 weeks and the place was very pleasant. Prices are reasonable, very clean, and a helpful staff.

Bed not comfortable, tv not working room 403. Staff was great, parking was accessible. I don't understand the EMOJI for ratings, I'm not born in 2000 please change your ratings. Not in EMOJI # is better and easier.

Not applicable… no breakfast service We arrived on a Friday afternoon, and a young woman checked us in. The lobby smelled musty, and the room also had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom ceiling near the fan stained with black colored , the bathtub facet was broken, floor was sticky, walls stained, I did not see any staff Saturday or Sunday…. On Monday I saw one housekeeping. Here are my suggestions: the rooms are spacious, but the cleanliness is inadequate; hotel scents should be pleasant, as this aids relaxation; having staff present provides a sense of security and protection; and housekeeping services need attention. I hope my survey helps you make improvements.
