The hotel and stay was amazing. But the only problem i had was with roaches by the TV area and the microwave. Besides that love it.

When I booked the stay breakfast was included but upon check in I was told it wasn’t. I asked to be moved twice because of fridge not working and cleanliness of the room. The property was nice but not being taken care of properly.

We had a horrible time. First we were in a room not of the style we booked. The tv wouldn't work, so they tried some things and after a night had us pack everything to move to a room 3 floors down. With me and 3 kids it was a pain. First thing we see opening the new room door, a cockroach on the wall. Ended up killing 3 more over the next 6 days. The breakfast made me sick each morning until I stopped even trying different items on the 4th day. The food was poorly cooked and service but for one staff woman was horribly slow and inaccurate. The breakfasts were pre-paid, so money wasted. The pool was decent during the week, but consistently had to ask for towels that were never available. The front desk staff were always pleasant, and tried their best.

My booking was canceled without any notice on the day of our stay. I didn't get an email or anything. I had called a day prior, saying I would get there late and pay at the location, and they said it was fine. Then, when I called to make sure everything was good, they told me it got canceled.

Good hotel for the price you pay

Water in room sink was scalding hot. Could barely use to wash hands/brush teeth. Lights in entry way and closet were all out. No breakfast. Decently priced for Hilton. There is a $75 fee for dog which is a bit high for one pet.
