What a joke of a hotel. Motel 6 would be better quality. I literally got a room with a bed…THATS IT! No chair to sit it to eat at…when I asked for a room with a chair they said no. NEVER again will I stay at this location. BEWARE! Staff was no help and even ignored me when I asked if they could just roll in a chair or small couch.

We enjoyed the property because we had a very nice two-bedroom unit! It was a little bit noise because a hospital helicopter landed a few times, but it was quiet during the night. I loved the kitchen and all the cooking utensils! I strongly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff! Comfy beds. Clean room. Easy parking. We enjoyed our stay. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom is a bit cramped and no vent in the bathroom for steam from shower.

Great location, easy access to highways going to Miami & Key West. Good, varied breakfast. Friendly staff. The beds were horrible! The fold out couch had a mattress that was stained and lumpy. We ended up getting an air mattress for our daughter to sleep on. Our mattress was so soft that I had a sore back all weekend long. We notified management. For the holiday price we paid for the room, the lack of good sleep was a real disappointment.

Clean room and building. Good breakfast buffet and eating area. Enjoyed our stay with good location central to Everglades to west and Biscayne to east. Comfortable room, One noisy neighbor for one night out of four, but that's becoming part of travel these days.

On Thanksgiving night, there was an event on the first floor. I saw some underage people drinking. One man who came to the event, got in the elevator with us and mumbled something. He was clearly drunk. The elevator was destined for 5th floor only. Although we got out on the 5th floor, he did not and went back down. I called the staff member at reception about it. He said he will look into it. But, never heard back. We were very much concerned about our safety with a wife and a baby.
