Secluded and not a lot traffic

Hotel was nice and clean.

Property was not well maintained at all. Outside trashcans were overflowing, inside trash cans were overflowing, floors did not appear to be mopped nor vacuumed and I really it just felt dirty. We had a large group there for a family reunion and the overwhelming consensus was that we did not have a good experience in that host hotel. I was locked in a lobby area bathroom stall due to old structures. Another relative also has a hard time getting out. Another relative was sent to the hospital due to a faulty headboard falling on them in their bedroom. Another relative had to switch rooms because her room was so unclean and had major maintenance issues. Again, overall-- NOT a good experience at all.

The staff was amazing. So helpful and friendly! Our room was clean and comfortable. Great stay!

Room bugs fridge wasn’t cool tub won’t stop us to take baths

This is our second time staying and it is great as usual. I also see Tiffany at the counter and she is always friendly and treats me like family. I do have kids so where we stay matters for our children’s safety. The pool was open and the kids enjoyed. I love this place.

The hotel advertised A restaurant/bar unfortunately the staff member said they had little to no dinner menu to offer because they didn’t have the food . The bar was also not stocked with a lot so they could really only offer beer and a couple mix drinks. The breakfast buffet was a little better with more options but still could have been better.

The dinner was not great. I ordered shrimp and grits, the shrimp was few and the grits was way too salty. I literally threw up.

Room had a smell to it like mildew, Ice machines were down, and breakfast wasn't the best with limited staff

Staff was amazing Nothing

The hotel was expensive, but it felt more like a motel 6. The A/C was not working in the elevators and halls, and the room was 81 degrees. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working so that was like living in a third world country. The mattress had springs that poked you in the night, and the sides of the mattress were collapsing so you felt like you were falling off if you got too close to the edge. Breakfast was advertised as a restaurant experience, but was nothing more than a continental breakfast with real eggs. Staff was friendly, but the hotel was poorly maintained. Nothing will be done about it because of my review, but hopefully someone is reading this.

Hotel was dirty, floors were sticky, room smelled of mildew, AC did not work properly, phone in room did not work, bathroom light flashed like a strobe light and there was no mirror. The floors were dirty in there. After waiting for a maintenance man that didn't show, we suggested we move acrossed the hall, which was thankfully agreed to by the staff. Overall, would not recommend and will not be back.

Very good

Very clean and super staff. Restaurant is always great as well. Stay twice month with business. Always great.

Just the pool was way to small . When there was just 3 families in it .
