Our room was clean and everything was in good condition. Staff was very accommodating.

Air conditioning was good. Great location, but average hotel. Breakfast was okay, but the staff was great!

Check in was terrible. Their system was down and we waited 4 hours to get a room which they ended up entering manually anyways. Breakfast was minimal at best. Watered down juice. Yogurt machine didn’t work. Room was alright other than towel hooks in bathroom were falling off the wall. Power outlets in room worked intermittently.

Walked in the door, the temperature was at 94 degrees.

The staff was great!

I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the room was. I felt safe and the bed was amazing. When I first checked in the staff was great and very accommodating

Normally when you come into a room at a hotel it's freezing, because of the AC. Good to save energy by keeping the Air off, but the room was hot, and the AC hard to control. It took awhile to get comfortable. Laying on the stained linen on the bed was the only relief. Good thing about the free breakfast, which was the same stale bagels from the day before, and cereal. Hot tap water would have had more flavor than the Coffee offered, same for the OJ. We went to IHOP instead

Beds were comfortable and the location was close to lots of stores and restaurants. There was a roach in our food that we left on the counter while we went to a comedy show. There was also a good size stain on the carpet.

Nice, clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Good breakfast, good size room, comfortable beds.

The staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. The lady at the front desk took care of the reservation efficiently and answered all questions in a welcoming manner.

The whole facility was very clean and the room was great!

Clean room

210 was our room and we could not assess key to enter in and out. We are honors members and staff was away from front desk so we was outside door knocking on the door to get inside for 10 min for someone to let us in. Bad service. Our bathroom was full of water. Not good. Noone made sure to fix problem. This was not good. We also had bugs.

Check in was easy. Room was clean & stocked well. The whole place smelled good.

Breakfast items did run out pretty quickly so things I normally eat or prefer were already gone.
