It was in a good location Everything

Location and elevator Carpet and curtains

Most everything was up to par including lighting. Manager was nice and accommodating to enquires. Would stay again at this particular location. I would never stay at the Hoover/Pelham site again. Manager/management was awful. Manager was totally disrespectful to customers.

Room was disgusting and was infested with roaches would not recommend

I liked the location and it was easy to book Roaches in the room. Cabinets were dirty inside. Something green was on wash clothes

Nothing. Sheets were not clean. Everything. Roaches everywhere.

Office smelled like 5 chain smokers were staying in there so I assume the rooms smell the same

Worst place I ever booked. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

location was good Room had roaches. Couldn't leave any food unattended. Had to buy insecticide and roach traps.Room was supposed to be cleaned once a week. It was not and we stayed 12 days. Key card for room kept malfunctioning had to be changed over 6 times.

Nothing at all the manger didn't give us a remote a peace of counter was falling apart there were roaches the minute we stepped in the door the whole week bugs every time we woke up not a good place to stay Everything was awful and on the last day we were locked out he didn't give a care about it being hot out my husband had to stand outside until I got there from work he wouldn't even let him sit in some air my husband has a medical condition I thank God he didn't pass out from the heat.

The area is close to several restaurants and stores.

When I got there they asked did I want to see the room before I check in (never been asked that before so I was like ummmm sure) when I went in that room it was horror! It was covered and soaked in bugs spray, toilets dirty, everything was awful!! I ran out of there

I liked the no carpet . Hotel carpet is gross ..... the beds were comfy as well as clean sheets the whole place was clean . Nice furniture liked it so much up graded to another room for the month No ice

Location was close to my job I didn't care for the roaches and nasty area between the bed, the rug had a very large spill that was crunchy when you stepped on it

Everything was very nice and cleaned Roaches here and there
