Most everything was up to par including lighting. Manager was nice and accommodating to enquires. Would stay again at this particular location. I would never stay at the Hoover/Pelham site again. Manager/management was awful. Manager was totally disrespectful to customers.

Nothing Lies…. The check-in information said must arrive by 7pm, I arrived at 6:40 and was told my room was given away because it was past 6. Office smelled like 5 chain smokers were staying in there so I assume the rooms smell the same
