Location and car park Poor attitude and attention from staff. No water fountain. Poor cleanliness and in particular the gym has dated, poorly maintained equipment. Breakfast was non existent. Tea & coffee and making facilities were lacking.

Musty old indians live there too

I recommend this hotel the staff are very nice it’s always clean the bed is so comfortable and check in is so easy and fast

Always clean There was a key waiting for me at desk. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in when my companion woke up because desk clerk wouldn't check

Very nice clean rooms The so called "breakfast". Coffee, juice and some muffins. How is that even close to a breakfast?

There was a roach in the bedroom and the pictures are def not what you get.

Scam with the breakfast. It was on-the go in a fact but promised a full breakfast. Tired of this.

It was clean quiet, and the staff was very friendly

For the money it was nice. Very clean and friendly staff. The crazy thing was we had a suite and the tv was in front of the bed and did not move the couch was no where near where you could see the tv. Plus they have the worse flushing toilets they where very different.

Staff was friendly and handled any issues or concerns we had promptly Breakfast only consisted of juice and an apple, they were doing construction on the building so it was busy and noisy

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Check in and check out were easy. Only had one working ice machine. There were alot of people hanging out in the parking lot. It looked like work crews and families were living at the hotel. Possibly due to storm damage to homes, but it added an uneasy element with them hanging around the outside

The rooms were clean. I bought cleaning supplies and even mopped the floor. Basically no dirt was found on the sponge mop. It’s not the most up scale but it served the purpose.

Wasn't far from the freeway Smelled like smoke. Roaches.

No internet! Television difficult to use guide from remote. No closet. Toilet difficult to flush. A/C is great! Bed comfortable.
