They only would take credit cards for payment. I don't have a credit card. They refused my debit card and would not even take cash. I had to go some where else.

Nothing! I was refused check in because the lady said I was complaining, when I was asking questions about location and room. Staff and the fact I was refused service because she said I was complaining before I even got checked in. I ask if it was ghetto as there was a lot of riff raff rough looking people walking around in parking lot. I had another bad experience at another hotel the year before, so I had some questions and wanted to see the room b4 ck in. She stated she did not have anyone to show the room asked it was going to have a mini frig and microwave she stated no, I adv that was only request I had made due to I would need to heat up food so I could eat. She was like no it's a standard room

There was alot of restaurants around The hotel had a very small uncomfortable bed there was absolutely no water pressure and the curtains wouldn't stay shut

The lady receptionist was very rude! Got made cause i ask for fresh sheets do to stains being on them. It was no wash cloths she had attitude about that. Was quick to try and give a refund but already taken my money and knew banks take 5-7days so i didn’t take that! It’s give they have a lot of prostitution over there. The hotel is very sketchy. She also stated that every guest need to check in with front office with their ID and car information so they can keep it on file which is very weird for a hotel like that, I would not recommend for safety reasons. And let’s not forget that the top comforter had screens of blonde hair already in it mean that they do not wash those sheets properly did not smell clean. It didn’t look clean. I did not like the staff, the floors were super dirty, the sheets has stains on them, the door did not properly lock

When I rolled up to the hotel it automatically gave run down vibes. The clerk was quick to check me in but told me if another adult that wasn't on the list should up I could get kicked out. I wouldn't invite anyone to stay there. Drove around the side of the hotel to my room and it just screams never been renovated. I got into the room and had to fight with the door to lock it. Only one of the 3 light fixtures worked. The TV quality was like 1960 pixel. The counter to the sink looked like it was about to fall off. The multiple holes in the sheets and the floors were dirty. Cheap stay but won't happen again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, but the room was old, dirty, and not well-maintained. There was no remote for the TV, the water in the shower never got warm, and the shower barely drained. We had to turn the AC on max to get the moisture out of the room. Definitely a case of “you get what you pay for”. If it hadn’t been late, we would have found a different place.
