Room had a smoke odor.

Everything was fine, cleanliness, staff (very nice), room, room temp, etc. The microwave door switch began to fail the last day I was there, and the far side entrance door would not open with card from outside, but otherwise a pleasant experience. This was a work trip stay.

The lobby was nice, but smelt like some sort of incense that was an assault on our nose. The smell was all the way up to the hall.the smell in the room was different. Not a clean smell at all. More musty, like wet cardboard.

We were putina room that smelled like wet dog. When I went out to ask for another room they said they couldn't because they were full but they could spray it. My husband has asthma so we couldn't do that. The ceiling above the shower was patched badly. The floor was sticky. There was mold in the pictures in the room. When breakfast started at 6am, we were woken up because the breakfast room was across the hall. Needless to say I was not impressed at all. We won't be going back

We checked in late but The check-in was easy and the staff member was nice. My attention was immediately drawn to how there was food containers laid on the front window seal when we arrived and when you walked in the door, the trash can was overflowing and needed to be emptied so my first impression was this is not a clean location. However, our room was clean and well sufficient for a one night stay. Breakfast was always good. We would stay here again but please keep the front entrance of the building maintained should be a priority for your guests!

Sheets were filthy. Asked got at front desk for clean linen and was told there was no way for him to get into linen closet. Had to go purchase new bedding. Spoke to manager the next morning and that was no help either.

The place is super clean. Staff is very polite. Breakfast is good. The facility (lobby, hallway, elevators) is bit of dated, but you can tell they try to keep it up.
