Our first room had cockroaches and pubic hairs in the bed. They moved us to another room three doors down the floor was dirty. The bathroom door was broke off the hinges. The air conditioner did not keep it that cold. I always check the ratings and read the reviews before I go to a hotel to stay. People lied.

Breakfast was okay, staff could have kept food supply up a little better. Tables were dirty some left with plate and leftover food. Some of this was not the staff fault ppl just to lazy to put waste in trash. Overall stay was good

The price, the breakfast and the closeness to the hospital is needed to go to I didn't have any complaints

We only stayed one night. The distance for what we needed was perfect. The area seemed safe enough. The air conditioner was loud but cooled the room well. The bed was semi-comfortable. The pillows were terribly lumpy- felt like bed springs poking through the pillows. Breakfast didn't look appealing so didn't eat it. We needed somewhere close and quick to stay- would stay here again if same problem came up but not for enjoyment.

When booking the room I couldn’t put that I needed an early check in was told to contact the property. When contacting the property back to back I still wasn’t able to check in when I made it in to town. My daughter was here for a basketball tournament and we wasn’t able to check in before we went to the game, had to pay for another room to get ready. The room had a bad smell like dogs and pee. We heard dogs all night. I asked for a 12pm check out and that was also denied. The microwave very old didn’t work good. The bathroom sink was stopped up it was full of water we had to wait on it to drain the water in the shower wasn’t hot. I never stayed at a Comfort Inn and had so many problems.

The hotel and rooms all smelt like weed the shower did not work very well and there was no water pressure in the shower the beds was not very comfortable the pillows was good but there was way to many on the bed

It was easy to get to the hotel. Nice large room. The beds were hard, and the bedding felt like it was not good clean. The toilets were hard to get to flush, and we did not have a fresh roll of toilet paper, it was less than half a roll.
