Everything was walking distance. Loved the location

We stayed here for 11 days and chose this place because it was a good deal, so expectations were realistic. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. We were given very limited towels, including one with mold. The bathroom fan does not work, and one of the bathroom lights only worked about half the time. In Hawaii’s humidity, this caused moisture problems, and all of our clothes ended up smelling musty. The ceiling air filter is covered in dirt, and the carpet is visibly dirty. There was no can opener in the unit. There is no proper kitchen sink, so dishes have to be washed in the bathroom sink, which drains slowly and smells like old food. We were also charged $46 per night for parking, which adds up quickly and should be more clearly emphasized. On top of that, there was construction going on right next to our room on both sides, which we were not notified about when booking. The unit is functional, but it needs better maintenance, cleaning, and communication. With proper upkeep, this could be a much better place to stay. We did text the owner the remote needed new batteries and we were only given a few small garbage liners and needed more. He brought them by, just knocked once and walked right on in.

I highly recommend the property it was a in a great location to shops food and beach. All walking distance. Only thing i didnt like w this Air bnb is they dont offer a parking space w the unit. And u have to pay 41 dollars a day to park. And street parking is limited 2 blocks away. Other than that the room was excellent to stay in. U have all amenities to the hotel. Highly recommend and kid friendly and rooms are very quiet. Also views of ocean and mountains so relaxing on the balcony.... 5 stars...

They don’t have food

Convenient, clean, and cool. Very close to the beach and many food locations as well as the staff was top notch! Would absolutely love to rent from again! Besides typical hotel noice everything about are stay was great!

Overall a nice stay. The room was of a nice size and sufficiently appointed. Check-in was easy enough of a process. Although it was a private unit within the larger hotel complex, in only a few circumstances would this be noticed. Location wise, I felt as though it was convenient for my needs. Good water pressure, firm bed.

The location is amazing, having a balcony view is a plus, overall loved it!

Central location for food , activities & fun The garage parking is very tight

location The only available small blanket for the 3rd person barely covered a half of my husband's body. He had to add his jacket and towels to stay warm while sleeping. He could sleep well. The sink didn't drain well.

The bed was broken

Room was well equipped for my son and I. We were out most days so ate out although an Ihop next to hotel and ABC store around the corner. Everything was good.

No quilts. No shampoo, no soap. Everything I need to buy from the store!

Location was excellent, and our 9 nights affordable. Our room was a little dated, but clean, and beds very comfortable. Our room overlooked Ala Moana and the pool and had partial ocean views. You could hear traffic at times, but it didn't bother us much. Small tub/shower, but good pressure. We also appreciated the affordable laundry facility. We would definately stay here again.

All went well.
