Our stay was good overall. The resort is a great destination for families with kids, with plenty to enjoy. The rooms could be better maintained and could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and upkeep, but they were comfortable enough. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend the resort for families.

The elevators was horrible had to wait all the time in a line to get on to go to your room or get down to stairs the first day they had to come fix the ac and safe the coffee pot needed a new one always got water everywhere

Very big resort so you do get your moneys worth. Our package came with a $65 meal credit everyday we stayed so that was very helpful & useful at the same time! Lots to do on the property itself as well as many stores around. We also explored the island which we recommend in doing so. The only thing really is the pigeons are kind of bad lol for instance at the Tapa Bar they’re flying around you/ above you while you’re eating as well as around your feet. Other than that great hotel would stay again if we ever go back!

We loved all of the pools and on-site restaurants however it’s unfortunate they do let anybody come and use the pools because it was very difficult to find a lounge chair. Additionally, the pool with the waterslides, the waterslides were only open for limited times. I feel like if you are paying as much as we did to stay at this luxurious hotel then the pools should be for Hotel guests only. Additionally, it says no reserving lounge chairs, but people did it every single day and nothing was done about it. Overall, I would definitely stay here again as it was very nice. The rooms were clean and the restaurants and pools were awesome and it’s right on the ocean as well.

We paid more to stay at the Ali'i tower, which was advertised as an upgrade, but the room was old, smelly, and definitely not an upgrade to the refurbished other towers.

Location was perfect, could walk or run all over Waikiki. Pool and beach access with plenty of food options on the resort or nearby

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in the Rainbow Tower with my wife and two kids. The resort was incredibly accommodating during our Oahu vacation. Special shoutout to Aileen Pinto, who handled our room service every day with such care—we always had fresh sheets and a spotless room. The convenience of on-site shops, Starbucks, and restaurants made everything so easy—we ate there daily. Overall, it was the perfect base for our family trip!

My wife and I were not happy and were more disappointed and next time might go elsewhere. This was suppose to be our 25th anniversary.

    Fun, extremely crowded. But fun

The pillows had a bad smell in one of the bed, there was hair in the bathtub and the other bed

I knew we booked a beautiful property- and we loved the flowers/water features along with the ambiance but property is huge- had a hard time finding my tower dragging my suitcase. Didn’t see anyone to help. Elevator on Tapestry Tower was a bit confusing when you fly all day and are tired. The porters the day of check out were great to hold our luggage for our cruise and got us a taxi right away. I have no idea where breakfast even was! Didn’t get clear information at check in but to be fair I had a 10 hour flight so…

We had a good experience overall. However, the room we had booked was given to someone else w

There were way too many people. Not relaxing at all. Lines at the elevators. We had to wear wristbands to use the pools but no one was checking so anyone could use the pools. If you didn’t get to the pools long before they opened you wouldn’t have a chair for the rest of the day. Pools were shoulder to shoulder. The aesthetic of the hotel was good but just way too busy. Pools were always dirty probably from so many people. Luckily our daughter was 19 so we could use the adults only pool some which wasn’t as crazy, but there was no bar! What a missed opportunity by the hotel. Room was clean and looked like they had updated the carpet recently but paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom (made worse when showering) and tile was old and outdated. Cleaning staff did a good job each day.

Upon checking in on a busy holiday weekend, Front Desk Associate Chad was very informative, and helpful. He was so awesome! To me the first person you associate with upon getting to the hotel can really make your stay excellent or not. We had a very nice staycation!

The room was a lot older than advertised. It was clean and well kept but the hotel in general was older than advertised. Everyone was nice and helpful my family had a great time and we’d recommend it to others.

I booked a double bed ocen view the ocen view was beautiful but the beds were horrible hard and super small smaller than a full size bed the pool were so packed they were dirty we saw a bandage in one after that my daughter didn’t wanted to get in the pools at all except the adult pool that one is the only one super clean in the kalia tower
