Really nice property and if you're the type to stay on resort the entire time (we are not), this location will serve you well. There's good options for swimming, dining, and shopping all within walking distance. Downsides are that due to the massive property size, the pools are very crowded and getting a seat poolside requires getting up early in the morning and holding it all day. There are no on-site laundry machines for guest use which was a huge bummer for us since we pack light and hike and do active things that get us dirty. Great service though, beautiful rooms in the Rainbow tower, and great amenities on site. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a special place. The location is unbeatable; the beach is literally right there, and the views from our room were postcard-perfect. We honestly didn’t need to leave the property once—between the pristine sand, the crystal-clear water, and the fantastic on-site amenities (loved the pool and the dining options), everything we could possibly want was right at our fingertips. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every interaction felt warm and authentic. Housekeeping, in particular, deserves special praise—they were amazing, keeping our room spotless and always anticipating our needs with a smile. The private check-in was also a fantastic touch; it made us feel like VIPs and saved us time after a long flight, which we really appreciated. However, I do have a couple of suggestions for the management to make an already great stay perfect. First, the in-room entertainment could use an upgrade; adding better streaming services (like Netflix or Hulu) would be a game-changer for rainy afternoons or lazy evenings. Second, we found the AC struggled a bit to keep the room truly cool during the heat of the day. It would be wonderful if the system could be updated or if there was an easier way to adjust the temperature for a deeper chill at night.Despite these small hiccups, we absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

No welcome drinks, warm/cold towels, even water!
-
I wish there were bathroom signs posted while at the pools. That’s really the only complaint I have. We loved staying there!

Great location to the beach and friendly staff. Very clean and well kept facility. Wish the pool hot tub hours were open later for adults. Should offer discounted parking for hotel guests. Overall would recommend.

I reported and showed all the recorded to his supervisor. His supervisor seems very nice and apologized multi times. I asked him that I don't need his supervisor apologize but I do need that guy apologizing. He never ever calls me back and zero apology. Horrible story for vacation customers! Watch out guys!

Everything was clean the room and the property. 99 percent of staff was fantastic. The luau was incredible. The only issue was the last night when I went to the front desk . I was Aki g about a late checkout and the lady employee(I wish I would have looked at her name but I’m not a Karen) talked down to me due to the fact I already had a late checkout given to me that I didnot know about but said I shouldn’t have gotten it due To I booked through a third party. It’s one thing telling someone that but it’s the way she said. I choose to stay in your hotels all year long for half of my week. I could choose elsewhere but I don’t because I love Hilton . But someone shouldn’t be talked to like I’m inferior cause I booked through a third party..Hell I say at the Hampton Inn basically as much as I stay at my home.

Property is huge and has everything you need. Beautiful pools, tons of shopping and dining options, great beach. Room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping every day! You seriously cannot go wrong staying here. And if you book a tour, they'll pick you up right on the property. Staff was awesome. Great hotel!

My family loved the resort! It’s very expensive to stay and eat on premises with kinda limited options. Hamburger and fries costs over $40 per person. If you get past that it’s a nice resort for the family! Also the fireworks on Friday nights had very rude workers managing the event! They kept screaming insults at people trying to manage the huge crowds! Very childish group they hired!
