Great room & view

Loved my stay. Super easy to get around and the view was amazing. Highly recommend for families with children

Myself, my husband and my son stayed for 7 nights. We were celebrating my son’s graduation from Stanford. We stayed at the Grand Islander. It was a 10 out of 10 from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and so clean. We had 2 beds and a sleeper sofa, along with a full kitchen and a balcony with a slight ocean view. Shout out to house keeping who kept our room immaculate. They also found my son’s iPods which he accidentally left behind. The turned them in and the front desk contacted us to let us know that they had the iPods. Luckily, we were still on the property and were able to retrieve the iPods. Awesome customer service. The location was also perfect. It was a lovely 15 minute walk through a park to downtown Waikiki. Another favorite was the Village Green. Live music as you ate. A little pricey and not enough sitting but still enjoyable. Lots of options for souvenir shopping. 😊 Finally, the luau on property was also a can’t miss. The beach was right there and so clean. All in all is was an amazing week. We will definitely return. Highly, highly recommended. 👍

Idk if I’m happy she stopped annoying us about the time share pitch or upset that she treated us like that scene from pretty woman or Selena.

Great resort for families. Out family of 6 was comfortable in a 2 room suite. Having a kitchen was awesome to prepare breakfast for everyone before heading out on our adventures. Room was also very quiet and overall excellent!

The room condition was very good. Helpful appliances for familly as nice and clean residence.

The quality of the drinks at Tapa was not very good. This in my view is the only negative about the resort.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. We love how the Room is neat, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and a living room good for families. My kids enjoyed the pools and the view.

The GI is phenomenal! Very clean, top notch rooms/staff/amenities! You cannot go wrong staying here.

Good spot, we ended up staying in a time share suite and was very nice for a family of 5. Great location and access to beach.

Fabulous property, wonderful staff and many options for dining and entertainment right on the property.

Clean room, loved the amenities

The only issue for us was confusion about getting to the correct tower and parking area when we first arrived.

Our room was beautiful and all the staff throughout the entire resort are so friendly and willing to answer any questions! We can’t wait to stay here again
