beautiful place to stay with family.

The 2 bedroom Lagoon Tower that we stayed in was very spacious. Our furnished lanai was very large as well. Our view was perfect. We had maid service daily. Having a full use kitchen worked well for us. There was a washer/dryer on every floor. That came in handy. This was my first time staying in this tower (I have stayed in the Rainbow tower my last 5 visits) The lagoon tower is now my favorite. I highly recommend the Hilton Hawaiian Village for a wonderful experience.
-
Loved how close the property was to the ocean
-
I wish the Slides in the pools were useful only one working and opened for a longer time and not only until 5pm that was annoying for my kid.
-
NO Free Parking, I spend $230 for 1 night in there Self parking

The unit itself was so perfect for our party of 6. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the resort itself was beautiful.

Hotel is very large and has many different buildings. Everything is a far away. There is only one gym amongst them all. We stayed in the lagoon building and the front desk is not a stop on the elevator. The parking lot is very big and using it is not easy. The views are beautiful and hotel was clean. Pools were very busy and you have to rent beach chairs (free at pool) and they do not have a half day rate. So If you get there at 2pm you pay full rate even though can only use till 5pm. Would suggest staying out of Waikiki. So busy. Very fun to come and see for night life dinner etc but would recommend staying out of city to feel the real beauty of Oahu.

Location, cleanliness. Beds out and uncomfortable.
-
Room was very clean and large, unfortunately our fridge went out and we had to toss food. The laundry room kept flooding so didnt get to do oir laundry and our dishwasher leaked pretty bad. The maintenance people did fix our fridge and dishwasher yay. We had two separate not so great interactions in the pools. The towel attendant were very rude, it was late but we got out of the pool and asked for towels and was told no, our kids were soaking wet and had to walk back to the room like that, this happened twice in two different pools. Location was great, lots to do and property was nice.

Great

The room itself was quite nice and spacious. They did not have a roll away bed option, but we made it work for our family of four. There was a continuous rattling noise in the bedroom that kept everyone awake at night, and the hot water took over 15 minutes to get hot, and then on the last day just never did. The lobby of the Kalia Tower was freezing, and our floor smells like garbage in the mornings. Honestly, I am only giving it a 3 star because the staff was responsive to text requests, gave us some credit for our troubles, and the laundry was also convenient.
-
The pool in our building closes at 6pm. There are other pools around but its a long walk to each and those close by 9pm.

This resort strikes the perfect balance: deeply relaxing and serene, yet far from boring or overrun with crowds. It’s an ideal spot to truly unwind
