Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Hilton Hawaiian Village

If you book with Expedia you will be treated differently than booked directly through Hilton, we didn't appreciate that at all and will probably stop using Expedia to book vacations. Also didn't realize we were in the vacation club owners towers so stood in line for 20 min and realized we were in the wrong part of the property.

Wonderful property, we were very impressed and comfortable staying in the lagoon Tower, great amenities , beach / pool access and very clean.

The lounge that we used after our hotel checkout, waiting for our flight was beautiful in the grand waikikian tower. The massage chairs are wonderful!

Fully equipped kitchen and lots of seats

The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook. House cleaning were super nice and accommodating. To be honest, all hotel staff were really nice. The pools were really close to the hotel and they also had one that had water slides, great for kids. The lagoon was a quick 2 min walk and the Waikiki beach was just behind it. I would stay here again the next time I visit Oahu.

Great location! Our room overlooked the great lawn. Every night we could watch the luau or private events. It also had a great view for the Friday Night Fireworks show! Housekeeping were like ninjas, getting in and out everyday. They changed out towels even though we hung them to dry and reuse. And we always had extras on hand if needed. The one negative was the amount of people at the pools that were "reserving" lounge chairs, even though they were at the beach or other areas of the resort. While we wore our wristbands to identify ourselves as hotel guests who were allowed to be using the facilities, many others were not. It was disappointing that wristbands were not being enforced to allow actual hotel guests of being about to enjoy their paid amenities more

beautiful place to stay with family.

The 2 bedroom Lagoon Tower that we stayed in was very spacious. Our furnished lanai was very large as well. Our view was perfect. We had maid service daily. Having a full use kitchen worked well for us. There was a washer/dryer on every floor. That came in handy. This was my first time staying in this tower (I have stayed in the Rainbow tower my last 5 visits) The lagoon tower is now my favorite. I highly recommend the Hilton Hawaiian Village for a wonderful experience.

Loved how close the property was to the ocean

I wish the Slides in the pools were useful only one working and opened for a longer time and not only until 5pm that was annoying for my kid.

NO Free Parking, I spend $230 for 1 night in there Self parking

The unit itself was so perfect for our party of 6. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the resort itself was beautiful.

Such an amazing family friendly place to stay. We throughly enjoyed our time on the island!!
