power was out for the last 2 days for our stay; no wifi, electricity, AC. No compensation was provided
-
We stayed for 5 nights and 2 of the nights the power was out due to a storm that rolled in. While these were extraordinary circumstances, the hotel did nothing to help the guests or manage the situation.

The property is a bit outdated but well maintained and clean. The elevators are slow to respond. Our room was very outdated. The bathroom was outdated and very much need of remodel. Mold and stripping of paint can be seen and it smelled awful. Our toilet was clogged the second night. It occurred 10 minutes after 10pm and so there were no services that could be provided until the next morning. We had to go downstairs to use public restroom. There was only one washer and dryer available for the entire floor. I really wanted to like this hotel as we have stayed here before, but it is need of updates.

Overall the property was well kept!
-
The room was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was big with great view. The staff was very nice and helpful.
-
The room was nice . We had a king bed with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was comfortable. We had a kitchen which was helpful to store food. The hotel has 2 pools. The ones in the 2nd floor is four inches deep.; the pool on the main floor is bigger but small. The lagoon is in walking distance and is a good option.

It was much better then expected. Clean conveniently located and spacious room. I would definitely stay again

Really nice room! Loved that it had a kitchen. Very spacious. The only thing we didn't like is they don't have housekeeping!

This resort was great everything was nearby, the only thing was parking. I got in late and the valet person told me he was full and to park on the street around the building. It was1 am and a little scarry because I didn't know the area and it was dark. In some areas but the next we found a public parking structure across the street and you can walk through Hilton modern to cross on the bridge which was great especially ay night with kids. I wish that they would have told me where the pools where located. I was unaware about the pool on the second floor and just happen to go on that floor by accident and the way it has its own elevator access. That is a big plus. The restaurant was good and they have good service. The ice cream place was good as well and so were the other shops located in the resort. The room had a great balcony, the kitchenette was spacious I liked that the sofa is a sofa bed. Everything was good, but there was work that had to be done down the hall that made it hot , smelly and a little dirty at times towards the end of our stay. The bedding could use an update as well. Overall we loved the resort and our time in Hawaii!

Spacious, spotless, and featuring heavenly beds with a great city view, an ideal location, and prompt, professional service - this hotel truly has it all! It's hands down the best value for money in the summer. My wife and kids absolutely loved our stay. A top-choice recommendation for anyone visiting. Aloha and Mahalo!

Fantastic location and very clean. The TV didn’t work and it took 3 times asking reception to finally get it fixed.

Our room was clean and updated. Bed comfy and a great view of the city. Close to restaurants, shopping stores (abc's) and beach. The resort has a pool mainly filled with kiddos. FYI, you have to bring your own beach chairs, umbrella etc. The elevators line is always long and packed. But, overall this was resort was a beautiful stay. I'll choose to stay here because it gives you all of your accessories and a full kitchen. Waikiki beach walk 3 mins...also near the Friday night fireworks 🎆.
