The hotel was under renovation. Staff were exceptional. Location was perfect. All great. Probably, after they renovate the room, it will be awesome. Just a bit dated now.

We came here for a weekend staycation and had a great time. It was nice to hang next to the pool all day, the poolside bar and restaurant service was excellent. The entire property was spotless. We ended up losing power the as we were arriving to check in and even though it was at no fault to the hotel, they gave us a $100 credit towards the hotel restaurant. The way the staff handled the endless complaints, questions and calls during the power outage was extremely admirable. Everyone staff member was polite, respectful, courteous and helpful. Loved the location and being close to the harbor and seeing the fireworks from the pool area. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next staycation. Mahalo nui to the whole staff!

Check in was easy. Staff were very helpful. Pool area was very nice, food at bar grill was delicious.

It was generally good. Nothing bad but nothing extraordinary. The island is absolutely stunning. The food on the property is really good!

My room was dirty. Dirt in shower, dirty lamp shade, broken blinds, dirty upholstery. And power was off my first night

I like that the room is decorated in all white basically.. and it’s close to the fireworks show.. everything is mostly walking distance. Will stay again if I take another trip to Hawaii

Very nice hotel. They are refurbishing several of the floors causing parking issues. May have to park across the street in city parking lot. But overall would recommend the location.
