Hampton Inn Montgomery-South-Airport

Not a single thing Everything. My room was dirty, toilet wouldn't flush, and the room and bed sheets stunk of smoke so bad I couldn't sleep. When I would run the water from the sink it would leak all onto the floor, It was an awful experience. There was pubic hair left on the toilet and on the bottom back of it from someone else. It was absolutely disgusting......never ever again!

We just stayed overnight but the room was nice, atmosphere was welcoming and quiet, but the breakfast was great with lots of different options. Would stay there again if we are around that area again.

Empty soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall so hot water bath unless you bring your own.

Its location was important for airport. Inconsistency with staff. The daily breakfast during the week was excellent - the staff member was in control and did an amazing job!! At the weekend when she was not there - totally the opposite. Arriving to breakfast and every single hot item was not available for 15 mins …. No monitoring to keep those options available. So guests were frustrated and all “ waiting around” to get food so they could get in with their day.

They gave away 1 of my 3 rooms. The rooms I booked were to sleep 5, 2 queens & a sofa. I stood at the front counter while Derrika There was no sofa in any of the rooms. I called twice on our 11 hour drive to confirm that we would be there! I have been a Hilton honors member for years & stay with them for the quality & great beds. This Hampton Inn is not to the standards. Beds-not great, clean-not great, staff-not great. VERY dissatisfied!

The room was dirty hair was in the shower the dispenser was empty in shower I asked to be moved they claimed it was sold out breakfast was cold no waffles or pancakes was available and th black front service desk lady was rude
