Clean and cheap. Close to the airport. Does the job when you have an early flight out of MGM. And, within walking distance of a Waffle House.

The first room we had smelled horrible; like an old musty basement & the bathroom tile floor was moldy in the corners. The lady at the front desk went into the room to see if our comments were true??? Not sure why she didn’t just give us a different room w/o questioning us. We got a different room and it did not smell & looked clean. Later in the night, we discovered a small live lizard in the bathroom! Gross! It ran out of the bathroom & into the room. We never found it or saw it again, but…. like I said, gross

Housekeeping coming way before it was time to checkout

The facility was quiet, the staff was available. The room was not very clean and it smelled like mold. The continental breakfast was very limited and low on products. I would not visit this location in the future, it would have to be a very last resort. I would rather pay extra for a cleaner facility.

It was pretty decent and a nice area close by stores staff was nice It had like a little damp smell to it but overall it was good

Room clean and as expected We were assigned a room that someone else was already in. Fortunately we didn’t wake anyone up and they had the bar lock on. Could have been bad in many ways. Life happens. Staff was very apologetic and found the problem and got it rectified.

It was ok. Check in and out was easy, it was a place to rest, but it had an unpleasant smell.

Very noisy. Room was right beside the stairway. Door had almost an inch of space from floor, you could hear everything, doors had to be almost slammed for them to shut. A 'hot' breakfast isn't waffles and pastries. It should be stated continental breakfast. Misleading. Positive... it was relatively clean.

Hallways smelled like smoke. Breakfast is horrible mainly a waffle and some sides. Beware !!!!!

Everything was good except the breakfast. They didn’t keep the waffle batter filled but other than that everything was fine. Staff was good, room was nice and clean.

This is a very basic hotel. Ok for one night. The building appears to be very old, but the paint looked ok and it was clean. The A/C was noisy and the tub faucet was loose. Also there are very few places to eat nearby.

We had a room with two queen beds. The mattress on one of them was broken and sagged badly to the middle. We had a hard time getting the toilet to flush fully and the bathroom room door would hit the shower curtain rod making it hard to open and close. Also there are not a lot of choices for places to eat nearby.

The room was adequate. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had. I got there at 7, 30 minutes after opening and there were just a few people there. There was no hot water for oatmeal, no milk for cereal, a tiny bit of waffle batter - I was able to make half a waffle. There were no spoons. No bead or fresh pastry, just wrapped danish. As I said, I got there early and there was still nothing to eat. SHAME ON YOU!
