Amazing room, breakfast was actually good and customer service was A-1

Staff were helpful and kind. Rooms nice. However, upon arrival my room was 80 degrees with AC off. Got there ready to crash around 1AM and had to wait for room to cool off- little frustrating..

I have stayed at this property 3 times in the last six months. The first time it was awesome, very clean. Each time since has been such a disappointment. This last stay was horrible. It was filthy. Not so much the room but the hall way the grounds were not well kept. The breakfast was horrible. The waffle mix was like waters they only had hazelnut creamer, which doesn’t work for someone allergic to nuts.

The room was dirty and dusty i had to clean with my lysol wipes and spray. The comforter was dirty. The bed was not comfortable. And the dress for the bed was worn and old. The breakfast was horrible. The air did work. The staff was nice.

Complimentary breakfast was fine

The dining area wasn't clean during breakfast food on tables and floor. Furniture was really outdated needs replacing, carpet on the floor was not clean needs replacing really bad. The shower head was rusty, nasty. The property itself needs updating, from the floors to the Furniture.

Very nice hotel

We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Apparently they used to have an airport shuttle -- that would've been nice!

Breakfast was fresh, aircon was good.

The gentleman that checked me in was great. However, the washcloth in my bathroom was torn and the television did not work properly. The television continually flashed or had an interrupted signal which was quite annoying. Other than those issues everything was fine. I will return.

The noise during the night!

Convenience. Weird thing was we found ourselves locked IN OUR ROOM! But the staff was immediately helpful, and call the locksmith for repairs, as well as rescuing us! I don’t have specific memories, except that we are finding places SO expensive. Also the king bed was too tall for me to sleep in it. Slept in a chair.

The ac was nonexisitent the staff didn’t want to be there and the housekeeping never came by

Fridge was dirty, spots on the sheets, air conditioner was leaking.

It was an overnight stay and it was good.
