The free breakfast should say free coffee tea and muffins. The choice is very slim. No juices just a nutrigrain bar or a muffin both are pretty small. A 5vyear old would need at least 2 for breakfast

THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

The property needs a DEEP cleaning and replacement of refrigerators, countertops, and carpeting. The toilet, sinks, and tub were clean, but the floors and carpet were filthy. (I doubt the regular cleaning staff could make a difference. I tried cleaning the door of the refrigerator, but the scuff marks and grime wouldn't come off.) My room smelled.

It was a decent room for the price. This was a renovated hotel. My major issue was with the restroom. The shower head kept spraying water everywhere.

No TV remote or chairs at small table in room at check in. The bathroom counter was broken as well.

The room looked like it should have been closed for repairs. Unfortunately, the area was booked due to various local events, or we would have never stayed there. Half the lights didn't work, paint was peeling, stains in the bathroom, and the floor was filthy. When we first pointed out the problems, rather than offering to fix anything, we were told to go somewhere else if we didn't like it. We had to ask for an iron, which leaked all over the floor, so we used the hand towels to mop it up. When we asked for replacement towels, they originally said that would be a problem until we insisted we needed them. As it was, the bath towels were small with several black stains. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend.

My wife and I will be staying here sometime in 2027 we transition to slow traveling, so we're looking forward to that.

The hotel smells like cigarettes and so do the rooms although they are non-smoking. The complimentary breakfast section is smalls and once they’re done with the items, they don’t replace them regardless of the time. The products they use to clean are not the best so the rooms are smelly and the floors sticky.

Old and outdated, stinky need a renovation.

If you are alone and don’t have any family with you and need a place to crash for a night or tow. Its ok. But for sure would not take my family and kids there again. Beds are very wobbly, the closet’s rack was broken, couldn’t put any stuff there, there was a chair and it’s backrest was very sticky. Kitchen counter top’s side dorder were broken. Overall you get the picture!!!

I stayed for two and a half weeks and it was amazing ☺️

The staff are excellent. They helped me multiple times. It's clear they are dealing with fixing things up. Once they are done, the place will be amazing.

This is the second time I have had a similar problem with this hotel, which is very frustrating. During my stay, housekeeping never provided fresh towels or checked to see if we needed anything. Customer service was lacking throughout the week. To make matters worse, when I checked out, they tried to charge me an additional $3.19, and I was never given a clear explanation of what the charge was for. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the lack of communication.

It's a bed - a very basic bed. If you need more than thatCould be cleaner. I would give it 4/10 on cleanliness

Room 128 should be condemned. If my local board of health came here it would be shut down. $175 (incl tax) was a "sale". If the want to do the right thing, they will reimburse me. I arrived at 2;30 and had to sit out in my car until 3:00 because the young man at the desk said they don't do check in until 3:00. I came in at 3:00 and had to call on the emergency phone

The late honesty. I was charged 128 for one night and never received my refund. I paid and got a call 15 minutes later from staff that they are booked. When YOUR SITE (booking.com)said it was only one room left i booked and paid. All for extended stay to tell me I was never charged but 128 is missing from my account..... Answer NOW!!

Great location tucked away in the back of a main road. We had restaurants, shopping at our fingertips.
