A front desk employee unexpectedly knocked on our door while I was getting out of the shower and my fiancé was asleep. We had a movie playing, but it was at a normal volume—not blaring or disruptive. The employee told us we were “way too loud” and also mentioned that the hallway smelled like weed. I had to wake my fiancé up to answer the door because I was standing there in a towel. It was an unnecessary and extremely disruptive interruption, especially that late at night. What made it more frustrating was that we weren’t the source of the noise. There had been children running back and forth upstairs since we arrived, and we had been quietly trying to relax and go to bed. I understand a hotel has to address noise complaints, but there’s a right way to handle them. Knocking on a guest’s door at 12:30 AM, especially when the guests aren’t actually causing the disturbance, is not it. We otherwise had a great stay, which makes this even more disappointing. A simple verification of where the noise was actually coming from could have prevented the entire situation.

Pool was super small and so was the exercise room with 2-3 ellipticals and one step master. Breakfast was a nice addition. Very important to ask the front desk to replenish the fresh fruit and yogurt since it ran out within 30 minutes of opening. So be sure to ask for more which they gladly will do. Summary- clean, great beds and showers and wonderful front desk staff and breakfast staffers!

Bathroom had a lot of hair in it that wasn’t ours, had to ask at the desk for housekeeping to come and empty trash/get an extra towel and some toilet paper. Otherwise it was nice—quiet, ac worked well.

Front desk ladies were not very friendly.

The companies computer system changed while we had already checked in and they charged us a secondary charge which was very inconvienent in vacation. No on at the hotel knew what they were doing or how to help. They did not compensate anything for their mistake.

I enjoyed my day I will revisit my one was clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was awesome right before I had to go to work. I was OK thanks for this day

Mold in the shower as well as some type of slippery cleaner used in the bathtub/shower.

Excellent location, easy parking and check in. Nice and clean, great staff, very good breakfast- I love getting my own tea! Breakfast eggs/protein changes daily which is good! Great value for the money.

BEWARE…the shower area had black hair on the wall in the tub area…IT WAS NEVER PROPERLY CLEANED! The soap dispenser Bathroom on the main floor which is used by the employees

The staff were very friendly. I had an easy check in and out process. I would stay here again . I would’ve liked better breakfast options ,but overall still an excellent stay .

Our beds (two twins) were firmer than we prefer. We got an early check in so maybe that's why the room was "clean" but definitely not spotless. The microwave had some food remnants inside which made using it a no go for us. Lastly, they need to do a check for silverfish. We ended up with two in our room. Next time in Horsham we will be looking for a different hotel.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel because people in room above me were obnoxiously noisy into early morning hours. I sleep was constantly interrupted because of the noise and the guest above me making the noise were reported to the front desk numerous times. Even with multiple reports the guest above me would not be sensible and quiet down. It sounded like they had concrete feet when walking the floor all night long into the wee hours of the morning. It feels like after we reported them to the front desk they got even louder. Totally unacceptable for the amount of money I paid for the room. The construction of the hotel seemed cheap with minimal sound dampening between rooms on the sides and above. I will never stay at this hotel again
