Housekeeping very loud

I ordered 4 rooms check in 4 got there 4:07 pm NONE were ready left came back at 6pm and nothing ready waited 1 hr-2 for ALL ROOMS TO BE READY

Very clean room and excellent parking. Staff was pleasant and the price of the room was excellent. Breakfast was sufficient but not super. If in the neighborhood of Montgomery County, I would book this property again!

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Willow Grove station from which the Airtrain can be caught to and from the airport, with only a short ride to make it to the hotel. The hotel had everything I needed for a short business trip. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and everything in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast had different options for tea/coffee/milks/juices. And each morning there was a different type of omolette. It was simple but it was good. The staff were very friendly, which was wonderful after a long journey to get here. If you need to travel to the area, and don't mind catching rideshares if you do not have a car, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It is not a particularly walkable area. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but for an international traveller was a surprise. Just a heads up for others considering staying in the area.

Water in the lobby was in a broken plastic container that had tape on it holding it together. Towel holder in the room was coming away from the wall. No conditioner in the shower. Overall, the property is a mess. Everything looked dirty.

Hotel was clean and quiet! The room was spacious and I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was excellent especially the front desk!

It was a clean and nice and breakfast was decent. The only thing which made me embarrassed was that I met many dogs in the morning. I didn't knlyow tha wet was a pat friendly place. Other than that, it was good. One more thing, most of dogs I met there, they were so cute

Great location

I know for sure 100% that I left a necklace on the bathroom sink! When I called back to ask them they said nothing was found! I know it’s my bad for forgetting it but I thought there was some decent people left on the world. Very disappointed!

Good breakfast

Parking was easy, rooms was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than most hotels.

They cannot tell us when the room will be ready. I ask them what can be done. They tell me I can wait but they don’t know until when. I tell them since they don’t have my room ready they should my reservation on their end since they don’t have a room for me… now I am being charged $50

We arrived at 2:45 and check in was at 4. They said our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait. No problem. Our daughter who is in diapers, however, needed a diaper change. There was no changing room in the restroom and the staff’s only idea was to change her on the floor of the disabled stall. They offered no place of privacy or anywhere that wasn’t the floor. After us, about 10 other couples and families came to check in before 4, all were told the same thing- no rooms are ready. At 4pm on the dot, magically all 10 rooms were available. So for over an hour, we had to wait in the lobby with 2 young children, one with a very smelly diaper. I understand check in is at 4, but I’ve never been to a hotel before that won’t give a room out if it is ready before the check in time. On top of that, we requested a pack and play, which they did have available. I was disappointed, though, in the fact that we had to pick it up and carry it ourselves on top of everything we had for ourselves and our kids. I asked if we had to take it with us, and the response I got was “unless you want to come back down again and take it then.” Our room was fine, breakfast was fine, everything was fine but overall, I was just disappointed in the lack of hospitality in this specific location. I don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon, especially with our kids.
