Very nice experience. The room was spacious and comfortable

Stsff eere friendly and accomodating We were in a handicap accessible room and neither thre room phone nor the emergency phone in the bathroom were operational. Also the pool is permanently down for maintenance.

The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. It is incredibly outdated with carpet and bathroom tiles from the late 1980's/early 1999's. It is incredibly depressing. Apparently everyone who goes to Sesame Place likes to stay at this hotel so there are tons of shoulder running around and screaming.

I was traveling with a germs phobic person so I was pleased after her inspection of the room that she felt it was clean. This was my second time at this location and the clean situation was better. The young man at check in was better. The quality of breakfast is still not good and they should use better quality coffee and food. We opted to go to a cute place around the corner called corner bakery. Excellent staff and great coffee and food. No POOL still! If you require assistance for disability state at beginning of reservation because changes are not likely to happen. Key card mis haps occur requiring a trip to the desk too often. Price very reasonable and other guests were friendly. Area great and local to lots of drivable options.

first off the the employees were absolutely USELESS. we stayed FOUR nights and there was only ONE TIME we got back to our room and we didnt have to go to the front desk for a new key. i asked them if they had a manager or a number i could call because it was quite literally UNACCEPTABLE that i had to go back to the front desk THREE TIMES in one day because i told one of ladies my door wont unlock bc the lock was stuck so the door wouldnt shut. and she completely ignored me and just made me new key when the key wasnt the issue. it was the door. i have a toddler and luckily i had someone with me because he was sleeping every time we got back . the staff needs to get it together, this hotel needs to do better. for what i paid the same issue should absolutely NEVER reoccur. the second room we were in was HALF-ASS cleaned there was a wrist band from someone else's stay. the bathroom door didnt lock AND they advertised a pool and the nuisance of an employee said it was “under maintenance “ . DO BETTER and i know this place might be “ budget friendly” but ITS NOT WORTH IT.

This place canceled my reservation without notification after I told them ahead of time I would be late due to a conference. I even offered to pay in advance. They said no need to do that. I came back and they had canceled my reservation. The customer service in this case was terrible.

Appreciated the offered upgrade to a suite. This is an older lodging, yet a solid bargain. Lots of pillowes and an excellent bed.

The hotel was clean and the room was quiet. We requested extra pillows and were told they were not available. Otherwise it served our purpose and we would stay again.

It’s a good comfortable suites.and good location.

The was clean until going in the bathroom. In the bathroom there was a used rag hanging on the shower

Stuff needs to be trained in customers service. Don't text when customers staining and waiting just to drop the keys Food should be better, no appl juice in the pitcher with "orange juice " stickers. Pillows way too soft No bodywash and handle shower All rest is OK

Location My room wasn’t cleaned one time while I was there and when I told them about it they told me it was because they didn’t have enough staff to clean. And all they gave me was a 15% refund on an already over priced stay for the inconvenience

When I was planning this trip to Philadelphia, I believe I was looking at another hotel and selected this one by mistake and didn’t realize it until I arrived the day of the check-in I was put on the third floor and upon exiting the elevator it smelled like a greasy Indian buffet, which was an immediate turn off. The room itself was clean, but the bed was horrible. I actually needed to go see my chiropractor upon returning home other than sleeping or trying to sleep here and shower that’s all I did. I didn’t encounter any staff really but if I was going back to this area, I do not think I would select this hotel again purposely

Look for a cleaner hotel.

The room was clean, the staff were nice. Location was very convenient. My stay was comfortable. The only “bad” part was that check out was at 12pm and I asked for a late check out and the staff said they could only extend it to 12:30pm. I let that staff member know that I am an IHG member (A perk of being of being an IHG member is late check out) and she said that 12:30 was all she could do. I would have understood if she said she couldn’t because the room was allotted to an incoming guess but she didn’t look at any computer or papers she just said 12:30. Which lead me to believe she just did not want to extend my checkout. That was disappointing but everything worked out fine so I guess it’s okay.

The breakfast was ok no ketchup for the scrambled eggs. Check in and check out was easy. I would stay there again.
