Don’t book this hotel through Expedia or anywhere else honestly avoid this hotel in General. They supposedly have a “system issue” where Expedias price and the hotels system is having issues with communication and so manager overrode the price of my hotel only to steal the difference between their price and the Expedia price from my deposit and then not return my calls or anything else.

nothing , we were placed in a room that haven’t been cleaned and had to be moved to a different room not clean

First impressions when you open up the elevator and see all kinds of dirt, wasn’t pretty. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean in the room. For the average person breakfast would be more than adequate, I just had a few scrambled eggs. It wouldn’t take much for them to clean this property and make it look much better.

We were there for a week and did not know we had to ask for room service but when asked they were on top of it. Convenient location.

We weren’t able to make our trip due to our event being canceled & the hotel refused to accommodate us & get a refund nor did the booking company so we lost out on over $350 for this trip. We are very disappointed in the way we were treated with the hotel people. The booking company tried to help but we got no where we either company!

This hotel needs some maintenance. The fan in my room was broken as well as the door of the closet. Need to improve their breakfast: no refill on most items, and it was not time to close.
