Was given 1st floor room by the elevator. It was SO loud with everyone talking as the came in and out of it both PM and AM. The shower water pressure was awful. Very very weak. and the bed sheets smelled musty. The mattress was also sunken in.

There wasn't any body lotion in the dispenser. Besides receiving a note from staff regarding my stay about doing whatever they could to make my stay better plus having a note on the mirror restating that, when I did reach out about the dispenser being empty, I received a reply that housekeeping would take care of it. This was not a big deal, actually; however, they over promised and under delivered. No one replenished it. This is not how I run my businesses.

A very convenient location, with stores and food places close around the area. Microwave sucked.

Breakfast wasn’t the best but variety was good. Rooms are clean. Parking is great.

Overall a nice basic hotel. Clean room and facility, safe and quiet area. We were just there to sleep, gone most of the day. Breakfast was ok the first two days, but on Saturday not so much. Maybe it was just too busy for them on a Saturday morning.

Other issues: breakfast not worth eating Despite these issues, we would stay there again. The suite was nice and the location of the hotel is good.

My stay was not off to a good start as I was told my room was not ready while watching 3 people check in ahead of me. However when a new front desk manager started she helped me right away and upgraded me to a suite for waiting. Changed the feel for the stay completely. Breakfast was very good as well.
