Close to turnpike and where I needed to go for work. The only 2 items I want to comment on are, the noise from the hvac unit in room. Very loud when it kicked on. There was an air freshener fragrance that seemed to occur occasionally. I did not see anything plugged in anywhere. It was strong at times and I ran fan with bathroom door open. I have sensitivity to certain smells like that, so I dealt with it. Just wanted to mention. Everything else was good!

Location was good. But request a room NOT on the same side as the Turnpike. The room doors weren’t sealed well. Hall noise was really loud.

sufficient for a one or two night stay. room did have a weird wet dog kinda smell. A/C helped with that. beds were comfy. breakfast was good. waffles, omelets, meat and potatoes. place was quiet. we did not ck out any of the amenities. they have a small "store" with drinks, beer, ice cream and a few other things, which was convenient.

I’ve stayed at several Hampton Inn before but this was the worst one. The upkeep of the property is poor . The lobby area is only area that looked maintained. The room needs a lot of attention. There were holes on the wall & scuff marks. Bathroom had mold in the bathroom shower all around the caulking . Room was smell

The closet seemed of cat urine and I was charged a $75 security deposit that I was unaware of upon arrival and was not happy paying that. Also the fridge was not working in my apartment.

Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked in the room. I liked the toiletries. The front desk staff had no idea where the Keswick Theater(concert)was nor ever heard of Glenside, where it is located. Was 6 miles away. At least have a local map to give out to people when they check in. Also a list of local restaurants. Need to train staff! Need a GPS!

This Hilton is a first class accommodation! My wife and I will definitely stay at this location when traveling to Philadelphia. Staff is very friendly and responsive to your requests. The breakfast was fantastic!Thank you to Hilton at Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.
