Hampton Inn by Hilton Philadelphia / Willow Grove

Front desk staff was amazing. The room wasn’t great. Shower leaked, light didn’t work in the room, hair on the bathroom ceiling, mold around the grout of the shower. Didn’t say anything to the staff as we were only there for about 6 hours to sleep and then leave.

The hotel was nice but there is no pool.

Great accommodations, friendly staff, clean facilities and room, and great location

We were disappointed that even though we stayed the required nights, our room was not refreshed nor additional towels added. We told the front desk and nothing was offered to compensate for the situation.

Multiple times everything is pretty good

That hotel was horrible, but good breakfast. I stayed there Thursday through Sunday nobody give service, even though I spoke with housekeeper and I showed her what to do , came back late afternoon my trash was sky high , bed was not done and also my bathroom every time we took a shower water was coming out leaking outside the shower. And I also did not like the smell when I come into the room. I will never go there again.

Front desk was unable to check me in when I arrived. There was some issue that they were unable to resolve within 20-30 minutes. Since it was well past midnight abd I had a young child in the car. We elected to stay somewhere else. Very unhappy about the whole situation especially since I was still charged for the night.

The breakfast sucked… the only way I can put it. What wasn’t eaten on Wednesday was put back out on Thursday..

The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious.

Public areas were air conditioned to freezing

We had a quick stop but this place was perfect. The common areas were well kept. We loved the room. It was clean and comfy. The staff was great too. We also noticed how safe and well secure the hotel was along with the parking lot. Great place to stay.

Decent breakfast. Rooms were good. You do hear movement in the hallways quite a bit but nothing from adjoining rooms - at least from my experience. Location was perfect and the front desk staff was awesome! I enjoyed my stay.

This a good clean hotel to stop at. It was not loud, the rooms are in good shape and the area is easy to get in and out of. There are some spots that need to be updated but overall the hotel is a good deal. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, especially Stafford. He was able to get us into another king room with a pull out couch so my daughter had somewhere to sleep.

My only negative to the hotel is that at night the air conditioning would like turn off because of the temperature of the room and I would have prefered for it to keep running all night.

Needs some touch ups

The room was very spacious. Comfy beds. Great water pressure in shower! Clean mini fitness center.

Decent hotel room for one night, nothing fancy, breakfast was laughing, right home about, but the room is clean and the AC worked great.

Loved the spaciousness of the room, the stand-in shower and having streaming apps on the tv. Just wish the air conditioner was cooler than it was. Felt 80 degrees in the room and I had it set to 60. Besides that, I had a good stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Parking was safe. Each staff person was helpful and friendly.
