Very nice

I ended up leaving, and not staying there, because the beds are so low to the ground, and I have trouble standing up. I asked the staff for an extra matress, and was told they don't have any. I asked for a talled bed, and they said, that they were all the same height. I never had this problem at any of the other hotels I stayed at. The beds at every hotel I've stayed ar are always pretty high.

have booked people there before.

I stayed on the ground floor and there were ants in my room. They were all over a couch and I would randomly find them on the walls. I'm assuming they were coming from outside through the sliding doors. I requested a new room that night but there was no availability. Still nothing in the morning, and finally got a new room in the evening. No one really seemed super concerned.

My only complaint is the fact that we could not check in at check in. I arrived at 3:55 and was told that no rooms were available because they were sold out the night before? Check in is at 4p and I have never experienced that before. We were able to check in at 4:18.

Everything was very clean and the staff was helpful. We were in and out pretty quickly but everything went very smoothly. Beds were very comfortable too!

A long wait for check in because the employee was at the phone. Once he was with me another employee interrupted and he prefered to attend the other employee and kept me waiting. I lost my breakfast due to a bad information he gave as he said I had till 10am and it was only till 9:30. No ice in floor 1 or 3 and no signs explaining where. Bad experience in general

It was my first time staying at this hotel. Location was perfect. I loved that there were sliding doors and a balcony just to get some real air in the room. The bed was FANTASTIC. Very surprising how incredibly comfortable it was. No aches and pains from it. The bathroom was efficient but tight. The fridge was barely cold. My main complaint was that the room wasn't cleaned properly. There was literally a random red pill under my bed and some other things that housekeeping missed. Staff was kind and helpful. Also, there is no breakfast or free coffee. I paid over $6 for the only coffee they had which was at their Starbucks counter. No thanks. Wawa is close by.

Love everything was perfect Nothing everything was perfect

Okay location Someone barely knocked and walked into the room before we answered FOUR times. The front desk said it was our fault that we didn’t have a do not disturb sign on the door. We stay in hotels often and this never happens. Staff was rude

Everything was very clean and orderly.

The room was great. Clean and neat. The hotel was under constructions which was fine but they should have advertised that the pool was not available for use on the website, I may have stayed somewhere else. Other wise it was fine except our ice dispenser wasn't working so we had to run downstairs for ice

Tv wasn’t working.

I own a construction company so I understand how difficult it is to renovate a place while it is operating. That said, I also understand that with these type of projects keeping a clean job site should be top priority. They obviously do not believe the same thing as I do. There's construction debris throughout the property. Even the stairwell had construction debris through and throughout making it unsafe. The cruise that they have working have very little regard for the guests. I would stay away for now until these renovations are complete. The construction company running this project needs to get their managers in line because they do not have a handle on their field crew.

Complimentary breakfast. They had a place for you to purchase your breakfast! Renovations are on going to make it upgraded, but you had to walk through the work are to get to the elevator.
