Very nice clean hotel. Decent breakfast with many choices.

Clean room, comfy bed. I left my firestick in the room and didn’t realize it until after I left the property. I contacted them by phone and returned 2 hours later. The front desk staff retrieved it from the room for me.

Every staff member we encountered was nice and helpful. Especially the breakfast staff was very attentive. Coffee ran out twice while my family was downstairs for breakfast, and a new coffee carafe was put out within minutes.

Location Beds went comfortable, there was no indications in the shower to tell you how to position the lever for hot or cold water. And we could hear the sound of the double doors right outside the room being opened and closed all night. I thought someone was coming in the room a couple times. And tv apps did not work, the date on the tv was July, 2021 when in fact it was September 19th 2026 lol

The shower head had a leak, and shampoos was missing

Roaches and staff was preoccupied with their cell phones

I loved the location . Located near many restaurants, market and convenience stores!! So glad that the rooms had plenty of towels and wash cloths w/o having to ask for daily. Overall I had a very nice stay. Very comfortable accommodations. Look forward to staying again. Ice machine working on every floor so u don’t have to go to another floor while waiting for the slow elevator. Which I didn’t really mind bc at least it was working.
