I tried to cancel before check in for a 3 day stay, because I needed to stay with my elderly father after a fall and I was denied any credit or refund at all.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I really appreciated how well-maintained everything was, and there was plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The back door South East Room 101 is very troublesome. Rarely does it open. The front desk doesn't care. I found a "admin supervisor" tonight 8-8-26 @10:05 and told her about it and she told me to fill out a maint request and yet she wasn't on duty since 4:00 PM today, why was she walking the halls tonight? Too much Cannabis floating around the hallways when this is a smoke free envoriment.

I packed up n a hurry and I did forget a charger and I called them back and they held it at the front desk for me

My fire alarm needed a new battery and chirped every three minutes, disrupting my stay and my dog. I asked front desk to change it, sorry don’t know what to tell you maintenance isn’t here. Then I tried to drown out the noise, and the tv doesn’t work!!!! $130 a night for a room that they make POWs have to stay in as a torture tactic. NO ONE has responded to me and I will never stay there again

The front desk staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Very professional every time I interacted with them. The room was good for the price point.

The people were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would stay here again. The people at the fr front desk were the best they took care of me. They helped me with everything I needed five stars for all the employees. It was perfect. I’m a veteran and I met a man that was going to enter the military and he was 95% and I think I pushed him the extra 5%.
