My fire alarm needed a new battery and chirped every three minutes, disrupting my stay and my dog. I asked front desk to change it, sorry don’t know what to tell you maintenance isn’t here. Then I tried to drown out the noise, and the tv doesn’t work!!!! $130 a night for a room that they make POWs have to stay in as a torture tactic. NO ONE has responded to me and I will never stay there again

The front desk staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Very professional every time I interacted with them. The room was good for the price point.

Some people simply do their jobs, but Tyron and Ro truly make a difference. When I first arrived at this hotel, I was going through one of the hardest times in my life. I walked in crying, overwhelmed, and completely lost. Instead of treating me like just another guest, Tyron treated me with genuine kindness and compassion. He went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, checked on me often, and made sure I had everything I needed. His kindness during such a difficult time meant more than he’ll probably ever know. I also want to recognize Ro, who has always been warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She is kind, approachable, and always greets guests with a smile, making everyone feel comfortable and valued. The leadership they provide is reflected in the entire staff. Every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly, respectful, and willing to help. It’s clear that Tyron and Ro genuinely care about both their guests and their team. I’ll never forget the compassion I was shown during one of the hardest chapters of my life. Thank you, Tyron, for reminding me that genuine kindness still exists, and thank you, Ro, for always making every interaction a positive one. If you’re looking for a hotel where you’re treated like a person instead of just a room number, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

I would not stay at this hotel again.

The property is run down, not cleaned well and the room was extremely dated. I needed a shower after lying in the bed and for that matter after I showered, I think I needed another shower!

The staff were very friendly, and helpful. Didn't inform me on amenities, wasn't aware breakfast was available or visible. Definitely needs maintenance upkeep although clean.

The general manager was very rude. I put my trash bag outside by the door and she came banging on the door, before I got the chance to open the door, she already used her key and opened my door. I asked her what was wrong for her to be banging on the door like that? I couldn’t believe that she would open the door without waiting for me to answer because I was in the bathroom. It seemed like she wanted was to put the trash bag in my hotel room. Went downstairs to talk with her about the laundry room, she kept letting the office door slamming in my face and I kept knocking on it, and each time she opened it and then let it go so that it slammed in my face, while I was talking to her. She had me thinking that I was trespassing on her property, very unprofessional.

Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe. In ESA's defense, the two employees I worked with were outstanding, cheerful and eager to be helpful. Their names were Roman and Rowena - 5 stars for them, maybe 3 for the accommodations.
