Nothing about this place seems legit. Everything, you couldn't imagine the horror I felt because I had to sleep here overnight, i felt so unsafe, they whole experience with this hotel was just unbelievable

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The smell was absolutely terrible — there was a strong urine odor that made the room extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay in. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Room needed some attention

The location was great. Quiet and nice. Across from a park. The staff was very nice. The room wasn't clean. The floor was dirty and turn feet and socks completely black. There was dirty and cobwebs. The sheet was dirty and had a stain that appeared to be dried blood. We asked for a new sheet and extra blanket. We never received it. The area in hallway was dirty the whole time of our stay. Dog hair never vacuum. The elevator area had the same dirt from Thursday evening until Sunday morning. The whole time of our stay.

Coffee ran out by 7 am and did not see any refills at 9 either . Breakfast was just muffins, granola bar and oats . Not recommended when travelling with kids. Luckily was travelling alone

One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness. For a pet-friendly hotel, you would never know it from the condition of the property. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the hotel smelled fresh not only upon arrival but throughout my stay, including the hallways, stairwells, and elevators. The location was also very convenient for where I needed to be, making it easy to get around. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others traveling with or without pets.

Ceiling was creaking all night super loud from the people above us just simply walking around. The faucet in the tub was dripping substantially the whole stay, around 1am the fridge got loud like it was about to explode for over an hour until I got frustrated enough to go get someone to look at it, and the staff pulled out the fridge and I unplugged it. Expedia wasn’t fully transparent about $100 deposit and parking situation. Strong paint like odor when we first got in the room. Tub was disgusting. Slight stains on the bed.

Disappointing

The room and floor were brown so hard to tell how clean the floors were. The refrigerator and microwave were old but looked clean. The bathroom was terrible. The shower rod was broken for a long time. It was the type that bends out, but both ends that attach to the wall were broken so the rod sunk in the middle and the shower curtain on both ends were open about two feet. The bathroom door was shredded on the bottom from the water hitting it for months. The shower head sprayed out in every direction except forward putting water on the door, toilet and floor. The sink faucet lifted up to turn on the water and was crusty. The floors in the hallways were dirty and the lighting was dark. The bed was clean. I took pictures.

We had to find someplace to stay late at night and this was available. It was clean. The one staff person Roman was doing 3 people’s jobs since it appeared he was the only staff there. He was helpful and gave great customer service.
