Executive Residency by Best Western Philadelphia-Willow Grove

The room was clean, but I always wore my slippers because I didn't want to walk on the floor it was sticky. The bathroom tiles were loose and the grout was cracked and coming loose. The shower had visible mold inside and out. The bed was comfortable, clean and provided a good night's sleep.

This was my third time here, I kept staying there because I liked it, but I won't stay there again because it seems as though the rooms are not been cleaned, there was a used towel hanging behind the door. Someone should check the rooms after it's supposedly clean, then again. I think it's all family working there.

Staff was accommodating My room looked like no one stayed there in a while. Pipes had rust, the bathroom wall was patched up,the shower curtain had a stain and , tv remote wasn't working so we had to change the channel manually

Great value - room was spacious, shower was hot and bed was clean and comfortable; kitchen and fridge were clean. Some carpet stains but pets were ok and furniture was comfortable. This hotel appears to accept "vouchers" for low income residents; it does appear some sections are reserved for them. It is also situated in a virtually empty business park - lots of space available for lease; but location very close to supermarket and restaurant options. 35 mins to Princeton via car. Great deal overall good stay - would stay here again.

Hotel wasn’t bad. It’s in an upscale area but it seems like there are a number of people who would otherwise be homeless are living there probably with some kind of public assistance. They were not threatening or anything like that but you could just tell they were definitely not travelers passing through they were definitely living in these efficiency type rooms.

I recently stayed at the Executive Suites in Horsham, Pennsylvania, for a few nights, and it was a solid, decent trip. When you are booking a room that runs under $100 a night, you have to go in with realistic expectations for that economic class. Considering the price point, this hotel was exactly what I needed. It was a nice, quiet place where I was able to focus, get some work done, and remain undisturbed. The sleep quality was fairly decent as well. Overall, it’s a nice hotel for the money and served its purpose perfectly.

Very clean except the floors. My kids feet were black from running around the room. Bathroom door handle was broken in our room this last visit so wouldn’t lock and not all the lights in the bedroom worked but we dealt with these small inconveniences that were easy fixes. Otherwise very clean and staff is very attentive. Kitchen comes stocked with pots and pans ready to cook with cleaning supplies. Still a very comfortable place to be if passing through or a long stay.

I don’t think I heard a vacuum at all for the rooms that were being “cleaned” there are people living there and it shows. The animals are unchecked and stink up the place. Also, the police show up everyday, especially since a resident was arrested for waiving a 9mm at guest of the property!

The bathroom had a mold/mildew smell (allergy trigger). The common area follow was sticky. Bed linens were not cleaned, the bed was just remade.

He staff is nice. The property is filthy and smells! It needs to be deep cleansed and aired out.
