For the 2nd visit in a row there were odd people hanging out in the lobby and/or parking lot. There was hair in the soap tray on the counter in the bathroom, on the bathroom floor in a couple of places and between the pillows (EWW!) I didnt see the one on the bed until I was climbing in or I would have demanded a new room. I would have complained had I been able to find anyone at the front desk when I was leaving. I'm very disappointed

Great stay today. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly staff who made the experience smooth from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and everything felt well cared for. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Horrible Hotel the smell that hits you when you walk in is absolutely horrible. They’re trying to mask it with a humidifier. The rooms are disgusting. No room parking for wheelchair accessible.

Then hotel has mice in the rooms I took several pictures, along with all the mouse traps inside the rooms. Outside the property smells like piss, very nasty. I'm gonna definitely post this on every site this place was f ing terrible! The people living there are also nasty! Best Western needs to make this up to me.

The room was not properly cleaned when I arrived. Several surfaces were sticky to the touch, which immediately made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. The hallways had a persistent foul odor throughout my stay, and at one point there were even pet feces left in the common areas. On different days, the entire floor smelled strongly of marijuana and other unpleasant odors, making it impossible to feel comfortable. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of response from the staff. I reported these issues twice, sent messages through the hotel, and received little to no assistance. When I went to the front desk to explain the situation in person, the receptionist was busy talking on the phone and barely acknowledged me. I felt ignored, as if my concerns simply didn’t matter. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, safe, and professionally managed hotel. Instead, I experienced poor housekeeping, neglected common areas, and customer service that failed at the most basic level. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Management seriously needs to improve cleanliness, maintain the property properly, and train staff to treat guests with respect. Until those issues are addressed, I would strongly advise others to stay somewhere else.

The room was clean, but I always wore my slippers because I didn't want to walk on the floor it was sticky. The bathroom tiles were loose and the grout was cracked and coming loose. The shower had visible mold inside and out. The bed was comfortable, clean and provided a good night's sleep.

This was my third time here, I kept staying there because I liked it, but I won't stay there again because it seems as though the rooms are not been cleaned, there was a used towel hanging behind the door. Someone should check the rooms after it's supposedly clean, then again. I think it's all family working there.

Room smelled like cat pee and there were people screaming outside my room

Great value - room was spacious, shower was hot and bed was clean and comfortable; kitchen and fridge were clean. Some carpet stains but pets were ok and furniture was comfortable. This hotel appears to accept "vouchers" for low income residents; it does appear some sections are reserved for them. It is also situated in a virtually empty business park - lots of space available for lease; but location very close to supermarket and restaurant options. 35 mins to Princeton via car. Great deal overall good stay - would stay here again.

Hotel wasn’t bad. It’s in an upscale area but it seems like there are a number of people who would otherwise be homeless are living there probably with some kind of public assistance. They were not threatening or anything like that but you could just tell they were definitely not travelers passing through they were definitely living in these efficiency type rooms.
