Booked suite. No sofa bed in room. Reception unhelpfull. Everything was dirty, filthy. Elevator button in lobby hanging freely with electrica exposed. No water pressure at all. Breakfast was rationed. Though it was supposed to end at 9:30, at 8:30 the attendant explained she could only pit out an aotted amount per day and this had already been done so no more. At least 12 other guests like myself astounded by such a ridiculous answer. GO elsewhere, anywhere else.

Staffs were very helpful and pleasant

Room smelled like piss and the rugs were wet. Newly refreshed but just feels off. I won't go back.
-
I liked that the room was very spacious, although there needs to be a lot of work done with the bathrooms and a deep cleaning of the carpet.
-
The breakfast was decent and but it was not what I was expecting in the area since I didn't know where I was going besides that. It wasn't just people hanging out in the parking lot smoking and drinking

I like the price and it was very fast checking in. One staff member name Barbara is just the wrong person to have at the front desk.

It was ok

The staff was very welcoming and pet friendly. The room was well equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove, platea, dishes, and utensils. Breakfast was good with various hot and cold items. Hotel had everything I needed for my stay and all the staff members werew friendly and pleasant to speak with.

Clean room, big sparking spaces, quiet hotel at night. And multiple food options relatively close by.

Very good clean room and it was awesome

I didn’t like the fact that I was stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes because the door wouldn’t open. The front desk told me me that would credit me for 1 night for each room, since I had booked 2 rooms. Still haven’t received any credit. So I’m not too happy about that.

Great stay

My only negative comment would be regarding the carpeting, it was worn and dated. The might want to consider replacing it in the near future.

Staff was great

The bedsheets smelled bad. There were no bathroom slippers. There was no room service, you had to go to the reception yourself. If you are handicapped this hotel aint for you.
-
The room had an unpleasant odor, and the sheets were similarly affected.

The room did not have hot water, we didn’t shower. There were dogs EVERYWHERE and it was clear that people lived at the hotel with their family and pets. The breakfast buffet was chaotic, dirty, and was clearly a space for residents living there. We left after one night and found a better place to stay. The whole experience was disappointing.

Cost effective I specifically picked this location based on reviews (fooled me) and it being close to work. I was there two days What I didn't count on: First night I arrived, parking lot full of police cars, not a good sign. Extra noisy regardless of "Quiet Sign Hours" posted on doors. Second floor: Domestic violence, dogs barking all day and night, hallway was a track meet with a bunch of kids and adults yelling and screaming day and night. It seemed like a halfway house with people lounging and smoking all over the side walks and front entrance. I stated my situation to the front desk, but they never got back to me. (They knew exactly who to go to after I left the desk though). Never again. Not even a comp, discount, nothing. Front desk asks me upon checkout, "How did you sleep?" Me: "with one eye open"

The beds were not very comfortable in my opinion and the breakfast area was pretty Small. Not sure if it all room were subject to the outside noise, but the one we were in was by the road that sounded like a highway all night long.
