The property needs updated, but our room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. I did eat breakfast there. The kitchenette was stocked. Parking lot could use a few more lights. My fully loaded van with personal items from my parents home was untouched for 2 overnight stays. Convenient location.

My room was clean and Barbara at the front desk was helpful explaining about the wifi access and breakfast time . I slept in, and missed breakfast .but heard the breakfast was very good

The front desk clerk Barbara wasn't so nice at first. She appeared rude, but she did allow us to check-in early I had a procedure and the $50.00 early check-in fee was waived although I never heard of a hotel charging a fee for early check in. Our room key expired twice and I had to go to the front desk to get the room keys reactivated. Didn't know what that was about. Also, a girl had a dog in the restaurant area where you eat. How is that allowed? The Health Department see that this hotel would be shut down. The last time we stayed there we saw a mouse in the restaurant area. There should not be dogs around where you eat. My husband went to the front desk clerk Barbara and she asked what kind of dog. What kind of stuff is that? Also she appeared to be a little judgemental when we arrived there. My husband said good morning and she just looked at him. I said good morning and she barely said it back. She needs to be trained on customer service. You can't judge everyone by who you allow to stay there. But since yall need that money you get what you allow. Would I stay here again probably not. My room was norhing like the picture of the room I picked that Mainstay displayed on their website through booking.com.

Outside the property needs some TLC. However, the rooms were immaculate. Breakfast varied a bit from day to day which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic staff! The hotel is older but they do their best and the staff is friendly and attentive. The guys at the front desk were nice, I left a bag with my laptop in the lobby (yikes!) and they made sure I got it back. Highly recommend!
