The Hotel Hot Springs

Only thing that needs improvement in the future is sleeping beds. Mattresses were very very uncomfortable where even our kid complained about it ! Other then that Hotel is amazing.

Only a short walk to bathhouses

Friendly staff, everyone of them. However the room was terrible. Roaches, mold, we had to clean the AC filters. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Towels were clean but stained and looked dirty. Sheets were pilled and worn. Floor lamp was broken with wires showing. Several of the USBS were not working. The hot water ran out after one persons shower. Ice maker on the 8th floor was not working and no sign to indicate it was not working. Had to go to 12th floor to find one that worked. We went to the restaurant/ bar and there was only one person working with several customers. The hotel did not look anything like the pictures on the web site. Coffee was the worst ever. Cold . Not ready by 6:00 AM. We selected this hotel based upon Expedia reviews. Won’t be using their reviews anymore. This hotel needs serious work and a serious cleaning.

Convenient location, but wish there was a better place to sit in the lobby and escape from all the beauty contest people. Nice shuttle service to the bathhouses. Very convenient.

Terrible. Old hotel with rooms smelling mold and WEED. Many people smoking weed around. Bathroom really outdated, Bath tube was Cracked and making noise. Refrigerator was making noise. Disgusting. Staff is so so. They tried to charge parking lot that we never used. The bar was very hot because the A/C was not working. The waitress at the bar was very polite and professional. Food was Ok. Never go Back.

Room could use a little freshening up but still was a nice room minus the yapping dog that was next door. Great view of downtown, West and Hot Springs Mountain. Don't know anything about the restaurant or the breakfast buffet. But the bar wasn't bad. We would stay again.

This was obviously an older hotel, but it was very well maintained. The restaurant was good, and the staff was very helpful. There is not much parking available, but valet parking was just $20 per day, so that was convenient. It was located very close to the sites in town. I’m not sure the breakfast bar was worth an additional $15, but it was good. I enjoyed the stay.

Everything was very good. Our room was clean & every staff member (front desk, breakfast staff, maid service & was very courteous, friendly & helpful. Always enjoy staying at the Hotel Hot Springs every year.

Doesn't have a pool..

The soap dispenser in the shower seemed to be more full of water than soap. For 2 people there was only 1 coffee cup and no one available to bring the 2 of us another. The location was good but only street parking or valet service. The mattresses were wonderful and it was a quiet location.

Nice that the hotel was within walking distance to downtown.

Someone tried to pick our lock and enter our room at 2:00 am. After calling the front desk and getting no answer, I took matters into my own hands. We left at 2:30 and will never stay here again. Very disappointing.

The rooms were covered with mold, we got changed several times and all the rooms were the same

Cozy clean rooms.

Room had bugs inside, toilet clogged up. Snack Bar was crazy highly priced. Staff was friendly, but parking was a nightmare

Big water bugs were in the room & also in the bathroom.In the lobby.
