Everything was great great place to stay

The hotel shuttle made it super easy to go places without having to take your own vehicle since parking is rather difficult in Hot Springs.

I chose this hotel because of it's location and price. I have stayed here in years past and chose to give it one last try. The air conditioning was great! The staff was friendly. The location is great! Breakfast is $15 per person, so I brought breakfast items and used the in room fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Parking is $12 per day at this hotel, so I parked on the street. The extra breakfast and parking costs (not shown when booking the room) make other hotels cheaper but missing the location. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps were empty, but I had my own so it was no problem. The vinyl plank flooring was warped up on the edges of the planks. One of the beds had small curly hairs on the duvet and long hairs on the pillow and sheet, so I asked for it to be redone. I could tell that it was not done because some of the curly hairs and one of the longer hairs were still there. The other bed (the clean one) was great! It was clean and very comfortable! The room was very quiet. Overall it was fine, not one I would be excited to return to, but would be fine to stay for the location.

Staff was very helpful and the hotel has a shuttle to bring you wherever you want to go!!! Beautiful hotel within walking distance of bath houses!!!

Hotel was in close area for shopping and eating. In regards to our Hotel room cleanliness you could tell that the floor was not cleaned. Example a big lump of hair on floor that was not ours.

Room was pretty ckean, windows had greasy matks on them and floir had sticky stuff, bed were comfy, plenty of towels and toom was straightened daily. Hotel was al.ost empty but bartender was great. We didnt eat in hotel

The women at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the area and was very polite and friendly! We are from Texas and got a room without hesitation! We also ate at the bar and grill located on the side of the hotel, we had a great time and the food was very good! I got the pasta and my husband got the cheese cheeseburger along with the new cheesecake for dessert. I highly recommend anyone who wants to walk around to stay here, because it is so convenient not too crowded. It’s a very good atmosphere! I hope that if you stay here, you are a very blessed time! Great location. Staff was lovely. Our room was huge. Just know there is no pool or gym.

Great place

The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was very central and a quick walk to downtown. Only complaints are that the floor was dirty and the AC was quite loud.

Overall , ok experience

My room had a cockroach and the towels were NASTY!! I am very disappointed in this hotel especially since it had good reviews.

The staff was nice, the track bar and grill was a great add on for dinner and music right through the lobby. Location was convenient, it was close to the national park and bathhouse row. We enjoyed our stay.
