Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center

Staff were OUTSTANDING!!! One of the best stays we've ever experienced!!!!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was clean and quiet. Bartender was fantastic, even though he was slammed and by himself. Overall, very good value.

Our toilet ran over once on floor then very slow to flush.

We especially enjoy relaxing in the beautiful atrium and people-watching—it has such a great atmosphere. The location is also perfect, as we were able to easily walk to Bathhouse Row and explore the area. This has become one of our favorite places to stay in Hot Springs, and we look forward to returning again and again!

Omelets to order for breakfast

Stayed one night in presidential suite and as we were getting ready for bed there was a huge cockroach in our bedroom and then when we went to bed there was a super load noise coming from the bathroom that kept getting louder, so my husband went in there as he figured out that was where the sound was coming from and he saw something scurry into the floor drain and think it was a cricket or something. He put a towel over it and then it no longer made the noise. Also, when we checked in they could see we had our son with us and didn’t even bother to ask if we wanted bedding for the sofa bed. When it was time for bed we figured the bedding would be in closet but wasn’t and we called down twice to get it and they took forever to get it. Finally guy at front desk delivered it to us past 10pm and my son was waiting to go to bed. Also, tried calling the front desk 15 times and no one ever answers and it’s an automated message every time. Never have I stayed in a hotel where you don’t get directly in touch with the front desk by pressing the front desk button. I really just couldn’t believe it.

The location is perfect! Close to oaklawn,magic springs, downtown, every food joint you can think of. The amenities on the property were nice pool, and workout area, another plus is the free drink in the evening of your choice, what impressed me the most was the breakfast chef, he was swamped with some type of teacher conference going on at the time of my stay and the way he not only handled it but the way he did it cooking 4 pans at 1 time whatever u wanted was amazing... I don't think guests should get charged for the hotsprings water, that should be provided especially for people out of state thats part of the experience, and no soaps of any kind available, even super 8 provides little bars of soap..

Breakfast was good. Potatoes were cold. Location was great. Food needs improvement.

The room was clean, the staff were super helpful, the pool was perfect on a 90 degree day and we wished we had stayed longer.

Parking wasn’t easy but the room was what needed.

Everything was great from the food to the staff. We had a great time. I took my parents here for a quick getaway. They really enjoyed themselves. Well deserved. Thank you

2. We had reserved 2 rooms, asked for adjoining then changed our mind to rooms next to each other. (Only 2 of us went to the desk, when we talked to the other 3 women in the group once we got to our rooms, we changed our minds!) I called down to the front desk and he switched out the room on one side to the adjoining room on the other. So glad we did, it worked out perfectly! 3. Pleasantly surprised about the happy hour. Wow! The snacks were delicious. The bartenders worked their butts off to keep up with the customers, but they did it! The common area was absolutely beautiful and set up perfectly for this! 4. Breakfast was phenomenal. The guy making the omelets was ALSO working his butt off to keep up with the line of customers and doing it brilliantly! 5. We loved having the common area to visit with each other. Also love having a refrigerator too. 6. Would have liked a hot tub, but probably would have been too tired to use it!!

It was very close to the Hot Springs NP. We haven't been to a single Embassy Suites we haven't enjoyed, this was no different.

Allowed early check in room clean. Breakfast was busy omelette made to order looked good. Easy parking for free just opposite the main entrance
