Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center

Breakfast was ok, not as good as other Embassy Suites. Eggs were watery for one thing, everything else was edible.

The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked properly and the air conditioning on a hot summer day was fantastic. The property was really pretty too and we had a great view out of our window as the sun went down behind the hills

All the staff were friendly and property was clean. Bar set up was mainly for happy hour time not later hours set up. No room service for breakfast or lunch, only for nighttime meal

Front desk extremely helpful with reservation issues.

Clean room, no issues getting extra necessities such as towels, etc. Pool is clean and indoors. The only issue is the door to our room needing planing or something. It stuck really badly and required brute strength to open and close.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, amazing staff, BEST breakfast EVER (w/made-to-order omelets), nice pool, pet friendly! My kids thought they were at a fancy resort in MX (according to pics they saw of MX resorts haha). From out of state - wish so bad we could stay here again!

Service was very good! Staffs were all nice and very helpful. Very comfortable place, close to downtown, very short drive. Breakfast is great but wish they had more variety of flavored creamer besides half and half. I would come back here again for sure!

The fire alarms were going off in the middle of the. I the end early morning due to faulty wiring. They also need to hire more staff, the bar tender was alone during the free beverage hour and I felt bad for him. They also make their staff take the hot service elevator during heat advisories. I would have been very happy with our stay if they treated staff better and if we weren’t woken up at 4am. The room was great and spacious enough for our family. Location was also great.

The rooms were very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options.

We enjoyed our experience and the lovely room that was large and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The amenities were very nice as well with free drinks at cocktail hour and the cooked to order eggs on point. However, the "hot" breakfast items in their serving trays were not at all hot and lukewarm at best. Need to step that up and we'd really rave! Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was very clean and mostly comfortable. I found the beds to be soft, but that's typical. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Happy hour is always great. Good location for walking into town. Made to order omelets were delicious but coffee not so much.
