Great location to Hot Springs National park trails, restaurants, and historic bath house area. The property looked recently renovated, and the rooms/breakfast were great as usual with Embassy Suites.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar served excellent drinks, and our room was beautiful! There were 0 issues with the property. I 10/10 recommend!

Very nice recently renovated. It was extremely cold in the lobby and hotel in general. Colder inside than outside. Too cold in building.

We found the front desk personnel to be extremely helpful during our entire 3-night stay. We especially enjoyed our room—clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable, attractive decor. The breakfast was enjoyable with omelets made to order, several standard selections, plus good coffee. We would love to stay here again when we return to Hot Springs in the future.

I love this hotel for many reasons, great location, happy hour with snacks, restaurant, staff is excellent, pet friendly.

Very clean, the only complaint I would have is there was no hot tub. I didnt really care, but as I was watching the kids swim I seen 3 different couples come down looking for a hot tub. They all seemed disappointed.
