Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center

Enjoyed my stay. Everything was great with my room. Enjoyed the social from 5-6:30. Didn’t eat breakfast or anything else there. Had a small issue with a vagrant in the parking lot across from the hotel. Security addressed the problem right away. Used guest laundry room. My credit card was charged twice for the washer and dryer. I only washed and dried one load. Not at bad location for the bathhouses, restaurants and shops. Would definitely consider staying there again if I’m ever in the area

It was wonderful but everyone needs room for improvement. Our stay was excellent. I really couldnt afford the price but event was inside the hotel.

Everything was good the only complaint was that the pool was not available it was under maintenance. The breakfast was delicious plus they had snacks and cocktails. I would stay again.

It was the absolute nicest hotel, I've stayed in! Loved the indoor courtyard feel! our king suite was 2 rooms. Very little outside noise was noticed. A little pricey, but this is a case of what you're paying versus the quality, was definitely worth it!

It was in a good location but were Some questionable areas around it. Some questionable areas around it and some homeless beggars. A lot of dog in the hotel as well. Most well behaved a little barking going on. But nothing too bad

We were so impressed with the chef making omelets! Nice touch. Really everything was great!

Door was heavy & very hard to close.

We loved our suite , it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay . The staff was very friendly , the breakfast was great . We liked that there was time for a drink and talk to other visitors . We would recommend this Hotel to family and friends . There wasn't really anything we didn't like , everything was great !!

This hotel feels brand new. The amenities were very nice. This location quiet and still walkable to all things on bathhouse row.

The suite was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located. The omelet bar is nice.
