The rooms were clean and maintained, there were several bugs though. The breakfast was limited. It was limited to cereal, fruit and waffles. Nothing warm other than oatmeal and toast. They were incredibly tight with items that we needed. Having to return towels to get towels. There were 4 of us in the room and we were only given 3 towels. We had to go and request them multiple times. The cleaning people took our soap and I had to go request new ones, I got the impression it was an inconvenience. Same with pool towels, extra pillows and blankets. They don't offer cots or extra sleeping options for added guests. We felt the cost wasn't worth the hassle of constantly requesting items and the lack of options for breakfast.

Cons: the towels were thin and didn't look clean, only one trash can, bathroom was hot because it needs air from the AC across the room, no tissues, AC isn't on when you first get into the room We've stayed 3 times in 3 different rooms, and it was fine. Not a great place, but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The lady at the front desk is very helpful, especially if you need help navigating town. Breakfast is cereal, oatmeal, bananas, toast, and waffles with coffee/tea or juice. For the price, it's a decent place to stay, but maybe consider taking your own towels and floor mat.

Very clean. Great bed with lots of pillows.

The room was big, comfortable bed, good shower, fridge/freezer and microwave, and very efficient cleaning staff. Laundry on site is a plus for longer stays. Breakfast was fine. Nothing really negative to say, it suited my purpose. Would have enjoyed a small gym as pool was not open yet.

The check in was easy and the staff was very nice and friendly! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable medium mattress! It’s just older! It is a family hotel! Breakfast was waffles, cereal, bananas, oatmeal, and toast! Nice ice and laundry room! Check out was easy and quick!

the room was nice the rude impossible was they acted

The breakfast offerings and coffee were nearly depleted by the time I got to the lobby around 8 AM. The Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 AM so it was disappointing to say the least. The room was clean. I thought it interesting that the sole ice machine was in a locked room accessible via room card. Didn't realize that petty ice thievery was rampant in Hot Springs.

However, the breakfast options were memorably bad: cereal/oatmeal, waffles, and bananas. No breakfast meat or eggs, not even random beef jerky packages, and no yogurt, so no protein for you! The drinks were coffee and milk; no juice. Are you kidding me? The last day, I was so fed up, I went and spent $20 elsewhere to have a decent breakfast before hitting the road.

My television did not work the first night. Next afternoon, after my workshop, I asked the front desk person to come see about it. He did and it worked. Then, when I got up the next day, it did not work again. People were friendly, but It was frustrating.

Great stay.

The manager made me feel he appreciated our business and went above and beyond to make our stay a good experience. My wife and I look forward to staying at the Rodeway Inn the next time we visit Hot Springs!

This place was an exceptional value. No frills, but at this great price point, I have no complaints. We felt safe there. The room was spotlessly clean. We were able to park with no trouble. A five minute drive to Bathhouse Row. (No need to pay for parking at Bathhouse Row if you check out the side streets.) We ate at a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby. Very nice woman at check in. The room was a bit dark, but to be fair - I still read books on paper. The phone screen set will have no trouble.

The cleanliness of the rooms and grounds

The hotel was very nice! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean! The pool was nice and refreshing and the complementary breakfast was okay! All areas were kept up and clean! The staff were nice and respectful! There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like beyond we did ask for extra towels and never got them but it wasn’t that big of a deal.
