Great stay

The room was nice and the employee who was there when we checked in (as well as the next morning) was super helpful. Very positive experience.

Clean hotel in Hot Springs. There are not many options for breakfast, and on weekends it is only until 9 am, but the staff is very helpful and allowed my daughter some cereal after 9 am.

Can’t beat the price and location is real close to downtown (bathhouse row). If you’re looking for a place to primarily sleep and grab a quick bite for breakfast this is your place. The staff is incredible and truly cares about your stay and trip to Hot Springs. They give great recommendations and great general info that’s useful.

Lady at the front desk was lovely and had some great recommendations! Breakfast was included. Beds were comfy. Location was great for us! We like that it was out of the main drag. No protein options at breakfast.

It was in a convenient location for visiting the waterpark the following day. Just a very old hotel with minimum updating. The beds were uncomfortable.

Nice place overall

Everything good, second time staying. Only thing not like was fact offered no meat with breakfast such as sausage.

The breakfast was good! Location was great! Beds were very hard.

It was a good cheap place to stay one night. Felt safe and clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom smelled a bit like mildew, but I think it was just the curtain, and mildew smells can be in more expensive hotels even. I would stay again.

The room was great for the price. There was a great place to grab something to eat that is right across the street. Good burgers and yummy ice cream.

I just get used to other hotels when there’s a free breakfast at least there’s scramble eggs/sausage links that’s it.. but over all I liked the place will definitely go back.

Very clean. Bathroom very nice. Tub/shower was awesome. The beds were very firm. Not so very much comfortable but was decent.

We love the pool. The front desk woman for the daytime is fantastic, polite and very informative.

Nice location, staff were amazing. Pool was clean. Packed but not a lot of noise. This hotel was falling apart at some point but grey everything has fixed it. Literally, everything is grey. Its very clean and updated as much as possible without putting in the money. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Everything is very clean. Water stays hot and shower had good pressure. TV worked well and plenty of things to watch. Breakfast was meh. They tell you that upon check in there are no meat and eggs served here. Beds were horrendously firm. Like, firm firm. We had other people staying in the same hotel and we all were so stiff waking up- even the kids. The pillows are very beat up and small so that doesn't help with neck stiffness. Wifi is also bad. I tried hooking up my iPad to send some emails and it wouldn't connect and when it did it would kick off. Others had the same issue. Not a deal breaker by any means considering the price point. Just wish the pillows were better and maybe some type of cushion on the mattresses.
