Beautiful historic hotel. It was our first trip to Hot Springs. Perfect way to take in old timey bathouse vibes. Felt old, classic, and well cared for. The street was busy but the hotel was quiet. We loved the rooftop restaurant. Great view. Would stay again!

Nice hotel in Hot Springs. Only downside is the arrival process with a car, as parking to unload check in is highly limited and inconvenient. Needs to get sorted.

Parking was challenging because of traffic

Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance.

Location convenience. Staff attentive. Valet attendants were amazing! Super quiet.

Location Late night dining options are very limited.

Clean room, comfy bed, everything you could ask for. Across the street from Bath House Row and close to all the shops. Wonderful stay.

Nothing unique. Pretty standard hotel but for double the price of other standard hotels. Good location but no amenities. Even the downstairs bar, which looked nice, was closed. Upstairs bar had a nice view but bar itself seemed kind of afterthought. Seemed like there was only 1 person working in the entire hotel.

The only thing I liked was that the beds were comfortable. The hotel was dingy looking, floors were sticky, bathrooms doors did not close properly, the price was too high for the amenities and appearance, and the restaurant was horrible. I asked for eggs and they gave me stuff from a can. They don’t even use real eggs for breakfast. They forgot multiple parts of our order, they did not bring us proper utensils even when we asked 3-4 times

We liked that it was in the downtown area and close to the unique busy and bath spas.

​The onsite restaurant provides a quality breakfast with pricing that is consistent with standard hotel expectations. While the shower grout could have benefited from a more detailed scrubbing to remove some minor mold buildup, the room was otherwise very nice and comfortable. Overall, the combination of updated amenities and an unbeatable location makes this hotel a great choice for a stay in the city.
